Our budget is roughly $550/week, however there is some flexibility in this depending on inclusion/exclusion of bills, or whether the rental is a whole property/shared house etc. We are a clean, respectful, and quiet couple who would really look after any place that we stayed. We have also rented out our home in the UK to come here so we understand the concerns that come with having someone else living in your home.
