$200/week•63 year old man
Hi,
I am an honest, reliable, intelligent, friendly, quiet(no parties), relaxed, easy - going person, very clean up after myself and tidy who mostly keeps to himself, but I do like an interesting conversation on a wide variety of topics. I earn $850.00/week, I have $330,000 in government super pension indexed with CPI for life $17,000 in savings, cash in the bank and $60,000 in Australian Super that is still accumulating. For entertainment I mostly watch TV, NRL, Sci Fi and action based programs and movies, in my room with headphones. I like walking in a nice park, meditation, barbecues, socializing on weekends with friends and girlfriend, and lots of other interests. I have a business as a support worker, part time at the moment whilst getting my car repaired and shopping for a new one. Just got back from visiting Vietnam on 16/5/2024. And doing all those jobs, like fixing up my girlfriends house, that I never have time for when working. I do require a space, please, to store my furnishings from my former fully owned house and I am happy to share furnishings; fridge, washing machine, sofa bed/lounge, etc. I have always paid my rent on time because I get it automatically debited and transferred to your account weekly or fortnightly. Four weeks rent for bond up front is no problem. References available on last three rented properties. Four years, six months and currently 1 year rental spans, respectively.
