Hey - i'm Joe - a 27 year old sports physio who recently got back home to Adelaide after living in London for 2 years. I work full time, play football and love to socialise.
Im a fully qualified electrician and work anywhere between 38-50 hours a week. When im not working im either out skateboarding, out with mates or chilling out watching netflix, ps4 or the footy when its on. I like to head out and have a few drinks but i also love a quiet weekend just as much. Preferably i would like to find someone around the same age, pretty easy going and wouldnt be a complete stranger just living in the same house. If you have a doggo thats a big plus! I have listed a few preferred suburbs below, but really anywhere south of the city as far as Seaford would be ideal! Anymore questions please dont be afraid to ask :)
My name is Richard and my girlfriend is Hannah. We are a couple over working full time in Australia from Ireland! We are very clean and very respectful of peoples space. We don't go out much but aren't opposed to the odd drink for the right occasion! We are looking to stay in Adelaide for the remainder of our time here as we love it so much. We can provide up to date references so feel free to send us a message if we suit your listing ! Richard and Hannah x
(Update:: In talks with some houses no further needing offers please thanks for looking )😊👍 Hello I'm Lisa I'm 27. I'm looking at teaming up or renting a room in a sharehouse. I always pay my rent on time. I love any pets I'm clean quiet but like the occasional catch up chats I would like somewhere that has internet as I need it to send my work emails for but not a deal breaker any further question or enquiries ur welcome to contact me via email or text as calls I may not be able to pick up during work thanks for looking hope to meet some great people cheers, Lisa
Looking for a housemate or a rental...with someone around the same age as a preference. I have a staffy x, she's happily lived with other dogs before, and is a complete skateboarding legend :) I work full time, study at flinders, and volunteer with the emergency services so am wanting a housemate who is mature and respectful of the fact that I value my sleep and rare study time quite a bit :P I've got a good sense of humour, don't mind a knock off beer, and love a comfortable, clean home space. Currently in Hallett Cove with an option to stay in my existing place, or flexible to team up/move around Brighton etc. Any questions, feel free to ask!
Hello my name is Tyler I am looking for a safe and friendly place to live, close to the beach if possible but not essential. I am a student and work part time doing steel frame housing construction and landscape gardening. I am a relaxed and easy going person who has no criminal record or convictions with all paperwork available upon request. I do not smoke and don't often drink, I don't care if you smoke and drink. If I seem like a fit to you please get in touch with me via flatmates Cheers
Friendly, respectful and fun loving guy. Very laidback and open minded. I have a full time position working 9-5 Monday to Friday for Disability SA. I’m originally from the country but I’ve been renting in Adelaide for the past 7 years. Im very easy to live with, the only catch is I do have a cat (Gravel) he is very well house trained and extremely friendly, cute as a button also if I do say so myself. My current lease runs out at the end of March and I am hoping to be able to team up with someone to then explore further rental opportunity’s.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi there, I have a stunning house in Somerton Park for share, it is 3 mins drive to Glenelg & Marion shopping centre, 15 mins to city, and the bus stop is just in front of the house! Available now. The house is fully furnished and everything is brand new, you just need to bring in your own bedroom furniture. It is a north facing, smartly designed modern house with a lot of nature light, very cosy and roomy. Plenty storage, each room has a huge build in wardrobe. There are three bedrooms in the house, I have my own unsuit in main. I would only rent one double room so you will have a huge bathroom to enjoy by yourself, the price is $220 per week, internet is included in the rent the rest bills inc water, electricity and gas would be shared. 2 weeks bond required, minimum 6 month stay(this is negotiable). Pls feel welcome to give me a buzz if you have any questions or want to have inspections. Kind regards Yuan
I’m 19 years of age, work at Brighton On The Run so i have an income, I’m neat, tidy, and reliable, and am well organised.. I am shy at the start but once I get to know you I’m an out going person, love to go out and socialise when i get the chance too. I’m a gym fanatic so spend most of my time at the gym or at work!
Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan from Bangladesh. Currently we're living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moving in to Adelaide soon. I'm working as an IT project coordinator in here and my wife, Tahan, is also working in an IT company. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married in May'17. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practise of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company which I already mentioned. In my free time, I like to watch TV series amd loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she also likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!
I am so easy to get along with as I get along with everyone, I have a bubbly personality. I have a medium sized husky girl who is very well trained and very cuddly. I have a full time job as a receptionist. I’m a clean freak so I always clean up after myself.

Hello! I'm Beth, I'm 30 years old and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. I am currently living near the CBD working at the Fringe and loving life. I'm looking at moving to the coast in mid-April when my current lease is up. I am studying online (web dev) and I am hoping to find a nice calm place by the beach to focus after the Fringe madness. I'm looking at ideally a 2 months stay but could make it a bit shorter or longer if needed. I will be working online (for a French luxury travel agency) as well as studying so no need for concern regarding payment of rent despite 'student' status! I like to keep healthy and feel good (I'm not always great at it but I try!). I'm (usually!) an early riser and like to get a good night's sleep. I practice acroyoga (keen beginner), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I have my silks with me so if there's a potential rigging point at home, all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... I don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. There is also a chance that I would be able to do most of my personal practice at an alternative location if preferred. I'm ideally looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let me know what the average is for your household so I have a solid idea of what to expect! In June, my partner will arrive back in Australia so preferably I'm looking for somewhere that it's okay for him to be there too for the last week or 2. Very much looking forward to finding my new home. Bx
Hi there. My name is Maggie and I'm a 19-year-old uni student who study paramedics at Flinders University and looking for a place thats close to city or Marion or Glenelg or not too far away from uni haha. I'm tidy, neat and quiet(sometimes can be chatty), but also very funny. I do love my time to myself, but I also want to be able to chat and hangout with my flatmates. I'm a foodie who love cooking and sharing good stuff with flatmates. Love spending time on beach with friends but also quite enjoy watching Netflix at home. Love skating and other sports. love to travel, explore, try new things especially anything thats exciting pls don't hesitate to contact me Cheers
I’m clean, quiet and can cook! I love meeting new people & having a few drinks but love my quiet time too. I work full time for a bank and love going to the gym, trying new places to eat & having a wine with a movie at the end of the week! I’m mainly looking for a teamup with someone who only has stuff for their room, I have everything else!
I am an Italian girl who is now living in Melbourne to complete a Master of two years at Monash University. I am a friendly and respectful person who like travelling and meet new people. During the day, I usually study or I go to the university and I also work in the evening sometimes. I'm clean and easy going, I like to have a talk sometimes but I also respect each other's space.
I'm Hayley! A full time Tourism student and a part time hospitality worker. I have just spent the past 6 months in the Netherlands on a student exchange and now I'm looking to move back to Adelaide to complete my studies. I love adventure and travelling, I don't mind a drink and a boogie as well. Positive thinker, clean and a chatterbox
Tyler is a tradie who enjoys his sport and being social, having bbqs and the outdoors. I work in hospitality and tourism and work away a lot. We both love camping and traveling when we can and we really enjoy being social and want to live with people who arnt afraid to have a chat when we are all home as well as know what personal space is. We are both clean, tidy and respectful people and hope to live with someone similar. We would ideally like a room with built ins and our own bathroom.
Work alcoholic. Never home. Just need a place to sleep and shower. I'm as quiet as a mouse. But I enjoy loud people. I doesn't need to be long term, but as long as you need someone to help pay the rent I'm happy to stay. I'm 45 but young at heart. Have two kids that are in their 20s so cope will with the younger generation. Really just need a roof over my head. and can't justify the cost of living alone.
I'm very clean and tidy. I am fun, relaible, trustworthy and love good food, good company and wine. I love everything outdoors. I am a nanny and studying photography. I love to exercise and spend time with family and friends.
I am pretty easy going, I'm friendly, I'm quiet, clean and organised, i like a bit of structure in a home. I like a good chat or laugh but like my alone time also. I work full-time in an office in Thebarton. I like to spend time with my family and friends but I like to give them the option of coming over to my place to hang out without feeling like I'm stepping on housemates toes. I have lived with housemates previously who have been completely disrespectful of me. They have invited people over without giving me a heads up (which is the considerate thing to do), they have had "relations" shall we say whilst I have been in the house which I think is quite rude considering we share a wall, and guests outstaying their welcome. I will make and effort if the consideration is done properly, do you know what I mean. The last thing I want to feel is uncomfortable in my own home. I would like to preferably live alone, but financially that's a bit hard right now so I'm happy to have a housemate (male or female) around my age preferably, preferably employed and if you have pets I would prefer them to be outside pets as I get allergies real bad. Houses need to be aired constantly when you have indoor pets. Someone social who would maybe like to go out and do things. I like sports, theatre, comedies, music. (not much of a drinker, and my party days are definitnely behind me but I like a good dance) I know it sounds very specific but Ive had enough bad experiences to know what I am after in a housemate. Oh and I need unfurnished.
I quiet and keep to myself abit , I’m tidy and respectable and looking to meet new people as just moved to Adelaide from the country I have just got myself a part time job but will lead to more hours
Hi, I'm Crystal. Somehow at this stage of my life I am both introverted and extroverted. I can be loud, I can be quiet, I can be fun, I can be nerdy and in all of this I am still finding myself. What I do know about myself is that I respect privacy and house rules, I clean up after myself and I have never delayed a payment in regards to rent or bills. I have a strict policy with myself as this is a necessity not accessory to my life and I have much pride in this. Loves are Disney, animals, nature, ice cream. I love social outings such as theatre, musicals, concerts and most especially I LOVE cinema. This whole thing is new to me, so apologies in advance for annoying questions and lack of direction. Further to this, I have never moved out 'on my own'. I lived with my mother until approx 6 years ago, then moved in with a friend (renting) who then became a partner. Nov last year (2017) we mutually separated and while he isn't trying to get rid of me haha, I would love a future where I might be able to have an animal, to branch out of my comfort zone and continue my self discovery.
We both have full-time, stable jobs within the government. We have both rented before so we know how to stay clean and manage our funds. We have one domestic cat who is well-behaved and perfectly trained (all he does is sleep on the bed all day). We love going to the beach and going out for dinners, we're sociable, friendly and like having a chat but also respective of each of our own personal spaces and down-time :)
Hey I'm looking for a chilled, comfortable place to move In to. I am in my late 20's and work full time in construction. I like scuba diving, going riding on my motorbike and hanging out with my mates whenever I get the chance. I'm not looking for a party house but wouldn't mind living with someone I can hang out with.
I'm a casual relief teacher (but get work most weekdays), along with working on some online ventures. Also a keen soccer player and enjoy going out having a few drinks on the weekend. Very respectful, and introverted at times, so definitely not the loud and annoying type many of you dread getting stuck with :)
Cameron, 24, site engineer (large hours) keen for somewhere modern close to social areas like Glenelg, Brighton or Henley beach. Would like to have flatmates of a similar age, Go away regularly but also keen to have a few drinks with housemates on weekends.
I am new arrival to Adelaide . Previously working full time in my home country. Moving to Adelaide permanently. Cool, calm and sage person. Love to have chit chat with mates , but spare my own place as well. Thanks RA
I am very friendly, independent and reliable person, I love to spend time with friends but also love my alone time. I work monday to friday in a restaurant and some weekends. I like to be out and about and keeping myself busy, but I do enjoy the odd night at home hanging with roomies. i have been living out of home for roughly for four years now, so I have learnt a lot about sharing with others. I enjoy sharing with people who are clean, neat and tidy like myself. Would love to get in touch and set up a time to meet, and hopefully we can organize a time to have a coffee or a drink and see if its a good fit!
While I can be quite sociable I do like to keep to myself sometimes. I am very clean and I would expect the same of housemates especially where a share bathroom is involved. Ideally I would prefer that there is a cleaning roster and that this is followed to the latter. I bake, cook and I am quite the bargain shopper. I like a glass of wine or three occasionally. While Flatmates has listed some of my preferred post codes, I am flexible with locations provided there's a bus stop nearby. I would also prefer that that it be a new property.
