I have an unfurnished room available in a furnished, two bedroom unit in South Brighton. It’s in a great location with the beach at the end of the street, the train station around the corner and Jetty Rd a short walk away for all your coffee and brunch needs. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and the house has plenty of other storage. It contains all the utilities you will need including a very important Nespresso machine. I like to create a homely environment and I appreciate a clean and tidy living space. Bills and internet are not included in the rent and the bond is 6 weeks rent. The room is available from May, but potential to negotiate earlier. You will be sharing with myself and a very small and very spoilt dog so being a dog person is essential. Unfortunately no other pets will be accepted. Please message me if you are interested or have any further questions. Females only please.

(Update:: In talks with some houses no further needing offers please thanks for looking )😊👍 Hello I'm Lisa I'm 27. I'm looking at teaming up or renting a room in a sharehouse. I am a support worker in disability so I get work all over Adelaide but mainly stay south and south west/east. so I would like to find a place that's central to there and here where family is south. I always pay my rent on time. I love any pets I'm clean quiet but like the occasional catch up chats I would like somewhere that has internet as I need it to send my work emails for but not a deal breaker any further question or enquiries ur welcome to contact me via email or text as calls I may not be able to pick up during work thanks for looking hope to meet some great people cheers, Lisa
I’m clean, quiet and can cook! I love meeting new people & having a few drinks but love my quiet time too. I work full time for a bank and love going to the gym, trying new places to eat & having a wine with a movie at the end of the week! I’m mainly looking for a teamup with someone who only has stuff for their room, I have everything else!
5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to train station and shopping precinct. Bus stops located at the end of the street. Nice backyard and pet friendly. Off street parking. It's a well maintained property and a bargain in this neighbourhood! There's 2 bedrooms available for rent or just one if you're not after a third person. I'm easy either way. Bedrooms are unfurnished and have brand new wardrobes and I have one lounge room furnished, there's a second lounge room you can have to yourself. There is internet, ducted air conditioning, brand new kitchen with a gas cook-top/oven and a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer plus a clothes line outback. There's a BBQ outside and a hammock to lay in the sun. Rent is $200 each for 2 people or $133 if we get a third person.
I'm Hayley! A full time Tourism student and a part time hospitality worker. I have just spent the past 6 months in the Netherlands on a student exchange and now I'm looking to move back to Adelaide to complete my studies. I love adventure and travelling, I don't mind a drink and a boogie as well. Positive thinker, clean and a chatterbox
I'm a casual relief teacher (but get work most weekdays), along with working on some online ventures. Also a keen soccer player and enjoy going out having a few drinks on the weekend. Very respectful, and introverted at times, so definitely not the loud and annoying type many of you dread getting stuck with :)
Cameron, 24, site engineer (large hours) keen for somewhere modern close to social areas like Glenelg, Brighton or Henley beach. Would like to have flatmates of a similar age, Go away regularly but also keen to have a few drinks with housemates on weekends.
Female looking to teamup with another one or two persons or couple which can also include another person to find a decent sized modern house for housesharing and splitting the bills. Looking for permanent accommodation lease at least a year and beyond. Listed some areas but any areas are acceptable but preferably closer than further from CBD. Enjoy music, around the world cooking and will contribute to maintaining a clean house.

Hello, Im an easy going, fun person who enjoys life! I love eating beautiful food. I like to socialise just as much as I like my down time. Im looking forward to living with like minded people. I work away, 1 week on, 1 week off. On my week off I keep pretty active.
Hi there, my name is Tonya, I'm studying diploma remedial massage in the city, I'm currently living in Mt barker and would like to move a bit closer to the city. Im a clean and tidy housemate, that is quiet but can also be social when needed, Im super friendly and like sharing meals every now and then with people that I am living with. Im ideally looking for a room with my own bathroom. Thank You
Friendly, respectful and fun loving guy. Very laidback and open minded. I have a full time position working 9-5 Monday to Friday for Disability SA. I’m originally from the country but I’ve been renting in Adelaide for the past 7 years. Im very easy to live with, the only catch is I do have a cat (Gravel) he is very well house trained and extremely friendly, cute as a button also if I do say so myself. My current lease runs out at the end of March and I am hoping to be able to team up with someone to then explore further rental opportunity’s.
Work alcoholic. Never home. Just need a place to sleep and shower. I'm as quiet as a mouse. But I enjoy loud people. I doesn't need to be long term, but as long as you need someone to help pay the rent I'm happy to stay. I'm 45 but young at heart. Have two kids that are in their 20s so cope will with the younger generation. Really just need a roof over my head. and can't justify the cost of living alone.
My name is Ben and I'll start learning at Flinders University in late Feb 2018. I'm an independent, discreet guy at my 20s who also enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and sharing life experience with one another. Now I'm ready to start a new life in Adelaide!

Hello! I'm Beth, I'm 30 years old and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. I am currently living near the CBD working at the Fringe and loving life. I'm looking at moving to the coast in mid-April when my current lease is up. I am studying online (web dev) and I am hoping to find a nice calm place by the beach to focus after the Fringe madness. I'm looking at ideally a 2 months stay but could make it a bit shorter or longer if needed. I will be working online (for a French luxury travel agency) as well as studying so no need for concern regarding payment of rent despite 'student' status! I like to keep healthy and feel good (I'm not always great at it but I try!). I'm (usually!) an early riser and like to get a good night's sleep. I practice acroyoga (keen beginner), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I have my silks with me so if there's a potential rigging point at home, all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... I don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. There is also a chance that I would be able to do most of my personal practice at an alternative location if preferred. I'm ideally looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let me know what the average is for your household so I have a solid idea of what to expect! In June, my partner will arrive back in Australia so preferably I'm looking for somewhere that it's okay for him to be there too for the last week or 2. Very much looking forward to finding my new home. Bx
Im a fully qualified electrician and work anywhere between 38-50 hours a week. When im not working im either out skateboarding, out with mates or chilling out watching netflix, ps4 or the footy when its on. I like to head out and have a few drinks but i also love a quiet weekend just as much. Preferably i would like to find someone around the same age, pretty easy going and wouldnt be a complete stranger just living in the same house. If you have a doggo thats a big plus! I have listed a few preferred suburbs below, but really anywhere south of the city as far as Seaford would be ideal! Anymore questions please dont be afraid to ask :)
