Hey! Our home is situated in a friendly and calm neighbourhood - close to Ginger Brown cafe and the Rivulet track. We are looking to fill our third room which is spacious and joined on to the sunroom/plant room. 20 minute walk to the UTAS Sandy bay campus, and 30 minutes walk into the city. One block away from two bus lines.
Hi there, I'm a thoughtful, witty writer / performer. I like whimsical kitchen conversations and doing the washing up (seriously, it's mindfulness, right?) I'm pretty well house trained and I like to keep things tidy. I go to bed pretty early and appreciate a quiet, respectful space. I cook mean buckwheat pancakes.
I'm just looking for a house, and hopefully there's a house looking for me ;) Tidy, social but likes alone time, and respectful of other people's needs. Keen on the outdoors, but value time inside with a book or a movie, or a beer and some mates. Looking for a place to stay for 6+ months in Hobart next year, as I'll be studying guiding for the first half of the year in the CBD.
We are a quiet, tidy, non-smoking couple in our early 30s. Always pay our rent on time, references available. Looking for a pet-friendly place as we have a 3 y.o. medium-sized doggo. She's friendly, well behaved, trained etc. We are both currently working in Launceston but are aiming to get full-time jobs in Hobart for the next few years as we are saving for a house deposit. We already have some savings to help pay rent and bills while we secure employment. We would welcome a 12 to 24-month lease if that helps too.
I am very respectful of others privacy, but don't mind sharing a meal or a glass of wine and a chat every so often. I pride myself on being an extremely clean and tidy person. I work full-time as a marine scientist and am often away on weekend adventures hiking, camping, traveling, etc. I am not able to sign a lease as I am planning on moving away next year, however I am unsure when that may be (3-12 month range), so I will need a flexible arrangement.
Tom works as a hiking guide on the overland track and is rarely home where Milly is a clean energy consultant who is able to work remotely. We both love getting outdoors for adventures and travel regularly on weekends to hike and rock climb. We currently live in a large share house in Melbourne’s inner north and are caring share housemates who are always respectful of those with whom we are living. Please get in touch if you would like to live with us!
Hi there My name is Ricki I'm 29 years old. I'm currently in Hobart for study. I am a quiet person but also adventurous. I read and travel a lot, I am very easy going, I love meeting people and share stories. I love to be tidy and clean.
Hey, I'm Taylia (everyone calls me tay) I work full time and when I'm not working I eat a lot, sleep a lot, binge Netflix and enjoy a glass of wine or two. Apart from that I love adventures, I’m easy going and friendly. I have been living out of home for 3 years now. The first two I was sharing which means I'm comfortable with keeping up shared space and respect boundaries. I would love to meet some amazing people and share a beautiful home.
I've been in Melbourne for one and a half year. My plan in 2020 is to go to Tassie for further education and experiencing something new. The ideal housemate in my eyes is neat, friendly and maybe outgoing a bit (to make up for my terrible convo starting skill mostly :D). Besides from my quiet, introvert self that you will usually see at home, I'm down for a hang out, a drink or even a night party on the weekend. P/s: Please pardon me for my unhealthy eating habit, terrible shower singing and we might be best mates ever :)
Hi, I'm Max! I am a student starting at UTAS in 2020. I'm quiet and often keep to myself but am happy to participate in sharehouse meals and activities. I'm tidy, punctual paying rent/bills, and I understand the importance of effective communication when living with others!
Hi! I am a marketing student from Montreal, Canada. I am going to study in Hobart for a duration of 5 months (from February until the end of June), so I am looking for a nice place to stay! I will be studying at UTAS, so I would preferably like a place close to it. To introduce myself a little more, I like to meet new people, I like nature (this is why I chose Tasmania!), and I am also a singer-songwriter :)
Hi I am moving to Tassie for work. I like sports, movies and eating out. Will be busy with work quite often, so looking for a place to relax and unwind. Looking for a room in a sharehouse within walkable distance to the CBD
