My name is Kirrilea I am a Manager in hospitality and just got a job at the University in Sandy Bay. I have a gorgeous schnoodle 5 years old, who loves cuddles. I like to walk him morning and night, I am social, easy going, tidy but not a clean freak, I like to cook, drink great Pinot Noir. I like to run and go hiking on weekends. Looking forward to exploring my new home town. Prefer to live with non smoker
I’m a chef. I am working in a restaurant close to Elizabeth Street Pier. My husband is a baker and farmer. We love foods n sports. Sometimes we go camping and cycling. We will stay in Hobart at least for two years. We are looking for a room for couple and a friendly, easy going landlord. Please feel free to contact us
super easy going fella from sydney moving to hobart in may. I'm respectful not only of others belongings but also space (we all need our quiet time). I not only love cooking and food beyond being able to phrase but a fraction of my guilty pleasures include cleaning and maintaining a tidy living space. Hobbies include: exercising, socialising, cooking (including but not limited to eating great food and consuming good wine), tagging pals in quality memes, patting doggos, cracking funny ones and watching chick flicks (only the good ones though) I am currently in a high management position within a company that owns some of sydneys best bars. I am a punctual individual that is easy to get along with (if you're not messy lol). Hit me up if you need anything further!
Hello I guess I am considered "mature" not old. I am a considerate person and try to be happy everyday. I am looking for a room or detached living space. Clean and safe. So I don't need entertaining and love cafes, markets, interesting concerts. On Occassion. Would love to live near shops etc and in one of those beautiful olde houses or similar would be delightful. Love to hear from someone who thinks you would like a chat. Please email or text. Thanks Jan
We are both 24, I am originally from Hobart and Chris is from Canada 🇨🇦 We are very genuine, love to cook and eat out, have drinks on the weekend, Netflix binge during the week and are very respectful of those we live with.
I’m a full time student at UTAS in my second year of a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences. I work 2 jobs and play netball which means I tend to keep myself busy but always love some time to myself. I’m clean, tidy and respectable, and have a bright and bubbly personality.
We have just rented this lovely 3 bdr house in South Hobart and will be moving in soon. The house will be fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom up for rent. The house is smallish but has heaps of light and will be well appointed once we get our stuff in. There's an extensive yard (basically like being the bush) which would be great for curling up outside with a book. The room for rent is the smaller bedroom (2.9m x 3.2m) and has nice carpet and a built-in. Close to Cascades, UTAS and the CBD. There is a massive storage/working area under the house if you're so inclined. 100/40 NBN is $30 each a month plus electricity/water bills on top shared between all. Pics above are from the Real Estate. Will add our own pics soon. The furniture pictured is not what it will be. The room is the bedroom pictured.
Hello! We are a couple looking for a place to live in Hobart! We are both from Vancouver, Canada and fresh out of University (...we took our time!) Kira is 27/F and did a Masters Degree in Social Policy, Carson is 29/M and did his Bachelors in Mathematics. While we were finishing school we did a variety of jobs. Kira worked for non-profits, and tutoring fellow students. Carson worked for a few years as a bicycle mechanic, but also did maintenance work in a hospital. Most recently, while saving up for our move to Australia, we both worked in hospitality. Kira worked in a craft beer bar, and Carson worked in a wine tasting room. We are both social, friendly people, but we are also respectful of personal boundaries and private space. We both have had nightmare roommate stories (everyone has!), but now that we are in our late 20's we are really seeking to find a sane and stable living situation. Our current lifestyle is pretty relaxed as far as a travelers life can be. We cook most of our meals at home, but occasionally we'll check out local pubs for trivia night (right now we're on a losing streak). We care about the environment and like getting outside into nature. Carson likes playing sports more than watching sports, Kira is awful at anything active other than running in a straight line, but either way we will cheer for your home team if it's important to you... (Go Crows?) We would be happy living with a single person, friends, or a couple! If you are interested in meeting us to see if we would get along, we'd be happy to chat over a beer or a coffee pretty much anytime.
I´m a Mexican student, I´m coming to do a semester exchange. I ´m charismatic, friendly and really easy going. I like to go out with friends, go to a bar for a beer or an occasional party. I do not consider myself noisy, I am neat and clean. I am very respectful with the things and spaces of others. and I come with the best attitude to make new friends and live a good experience.
Hi, I'm Samantha (Sam), I'm 21 years old and an airport shift worker. I am vegan, love animals (although I do not have any of my own) and am looking at moving to Tasmania for the first time in a couple of weeks. I have lived in and rented in Canberra for 3 years and grew up in Sydney's inner west. I am clean and tidy, and am very considerate of noise.
Hi, we are Chisato and Hiro from Japan and England. I work in disability support and Chisato works in massage therapy. We're considerate of other people's space, and also like to have a chat when it suits others. We're clean and tidy and prompt with payments(:
I'm a marine biologist at IMAS and just came over to Tassie to start my PhD in the end of last year. I have to move out of my current room within the next 5 weeks as it will be renovated. Would prefer to find a long-term place to stay! I am easy-going, love being outdoors hiking and camping and respect others people's privacy, but I am always up for having dinner together in the evening. I don't have problems with pets and I'm able to keep my room tidy. What are you waiting for? Just drop me a message :)
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
I just really wanna live up at Mt Nelson, to be honest. I love being up high and having a view. But seeing as I’m a poor uni student, I’m happy to live in Sandy Bay/South Hobart and surrounds (can’t really dismiss too many offers in my situation). Currently, I’m living in Dynnyrne near UTAS in one of the Accommodation Services colleges but I’m rather keen to get out (been here too long, man). I’m not too fussed about moving in/out dates but I’d like to have somewhere to stay for the rest of the uni year. I’m studying at Art School (Hunter Street) and also undertaking an online course, but I partake in sports and other activities on the main UTAS campus, so I’d prefer to be living in the vicinity rather than the CBD or North Hobart, etc. Plus, I really need space, fresh air, and privacy - I don’t do too well right in suburbia. I do a lot of stuff on my own, like bike riding, exploring Hobart, and arty/crafty things, but I also love cracking open a cold one with the boys and going out on the town. Most of the time I keep to myself, however, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’d consider myself a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. My interests include soccer/futsal, running and sport in general, bush-walking (visiting kunanyi, etc), patting dogs at the beach and patting cats in the street, swimming, listening to the best music choices, watching the coolest content on the Internet, and going on the swings at any time of the day or night. Basically, I’m a kool-kat and you should rent somewhere with me.
I'm originally from Peru in my late 30's been in Australia for almost 6 years now. I will be moving interstate from Melbourne, so I'm very excited to see what Tassie has to offer. I love to go out for dinners, love movies and cooking occasionally. I'm very tidy and respectful of communal places and expecting the same qualities. I'm kind person, with an easy going attitude and easy to be around. I am accommodating to others so long as the same respect is reciprocated.
Working and studying full time. Looking for a place for a few months. Clean, tidy and pretty chilled. Love getting outdoors, cooking, reading and adventures.
