The building has a BBQ common area outdoor. 4min walking to Cheltenham shops and station. 2min walking to buses stop 1 Tran stop to Southland 35min by train to the CBD (express train during some office hours direct to Flinders) 10min far from Mentone beach and Sandy. A lot of car spot around the building 2-3hours and free in the evening and weekend The building is very clean and quite. Cheltenham Is absolutely lovely.

YOUR ROOM: # Your room is very comfy and spacious. # It has a wardrobe, a hanger’s rack and two side tables that could be removed for extra room space. # The bed is a double size, sommier style such as the ones in hotel rooms. # It could be configured in different ways to suit your needs. My last housemate brought her desk and removed one of the side tables and clothes hanger to make it more suitable for students. # There's a heater with thermostat you can use in winter. # You can bring your own furniture but the bed needs to stay. AMENITIES: # Central heating/cooling (should be used responsibly as its high electricity and gas consuming). It’s great to cool of the house when you are back from work in summer! # The kitchen and living area are amazing, full of light and fully equipped. There's a Sony intelligent TV and Internet and you can stream Netflix directly to the TV with your phone/computer. # Free to use NETFLIX in the main TV in the living room. There's a backyard with a BBQ you can use. PARKING: # There’s on-the-street parking available. We need to let the council know that you are living in the property for them to authorise it. ABOUT ME: # 40 years old. # I work in finance full time in the city and do plenty of activities and sports not being much at home. # I also have dinner around 8PM or 9PM (South American dinner time). Hence, you’ll have the kitchen and living room for yourself at Australian dinner time. # I enjoy a good chat but unfortunately I am mostly out and living with me will look a lot like living on your own.
