Hello, I’m Michael, 43, and I'm looking for a room to rent. Currently based in Adelaide, and considering a move to the Gold Coast / Sunshine Coast / Brisbane area - keeping an eye on what is available at the moment. I'm flexible with move in date as long as I give two weeks notice, and looking for a 6-12 month minimum. Room / house / apartment would need to be within walking distance of public transport, shops, gyms and amenities as I don't drive. About me - I am currently working full time. Most weeknights I’ll be at the gym or out running. I’m reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills on time. I’m a non-drinker and a non-smoker. I like to travel when I can, and go out exploring most weekends. I’m past the party phase and now enjoy a more peaceful environment, so I'm looking to live with like-minded, considerate flatmates who appreciate cleanliness.
