I can make arrangements for the time being if a dog is not suitable for your home but would prefer not to be separated from her for a long period of time or have to rehome her. My daughter is at school 5 days a week and I am at work most days as I work for myself doing domestic cleaning. So you will always have a spotless home with me being there :) I don’t mind the odd social outing, couple friends over or family gathering but not looking for a party house. I am a 37-year-old woman who works in the mental health and disability support industry. I’m also studying a diploma of counselling part-time. I have 2 children (aged 12 and 17), however, they live with their dad full time and wouldn’t be residing in the property daily. Ideally, I would like for them to be able to come and stay for a night or 2 every second weekend (and for a few nights every school holidays), so I would ideally love to be able to rent 2 bedrooms to allow this arrangement to happen, however, I understand if this is not feasible in my new house environment and I have prepared other arrangements for me to spend time with them regularly if this is not an option or I am only able to rent 1 bedroom in my new house. I have a very well behaved and loved elderly cat who I adore, so she must be able to come with me. I also have an alternative solution for her if this is also not feasible - but it would be amazing if she could come with me. She is an inside only cat and I always keep her spaces clean and tidy (litter is always changed regularly etc). She does leave some hairballs around the house (long haired cat), but I always make sure I pick these up as much as possible to avoid hair getting everywhere (I myself, love a tidy home). Unfortunately, she doesn’t live well with other animals (tried and tested), so she would need to be the only animal in the property. If you do already have pet/s, please reach out anyway as I may be able to have her live with a friend as a solution. This would not be ideal, but if it means I will be able to find a place, it could be a possibility and I am willing to try to make this work. In my free time, I am usually engrossed in a good book, meditating quietly in my bedroom or playing a relaxing game on my ps4 to unwind. I have my own furniture, however I am happy to put this into a storage shed if my new bedroom & house are already furnished. I love spending time alone if I am not at work or visiting friends/family. My job can be very draining and it’s important to me to be able to have a quiet environment and space where I can retreat to recoup my energy levels. I spend a lot of my down time alone & I get along well with people who are able to respect others boundaries. I love animals and enjoy watching movies and series. If you have animals, I will love them like my own. I am quite introverted in personality, and I like spending my free time alone, but I am able to socialise when I have the mental capacity for it and I am very respectful, kind and enjoy interacting with everyone I come across. I pride myself on personal space and boundaries and would never cross those for anyone else. My house is always clean, quiet, organised , and tidy - a reflection of my respectful nature. I thrive on good, open and kind communication, this is very important to me. I am really easy going and laid back. I have a really good sense of humour and I’m non judgmental and open minded. If I’m not at work, I am usually chilling out watching a tv series, quietly playing my ps4, reading, visiting friends/family or spooning my cat. I am very respectful, tidy, polite and love to surround myself with others of the same nature. I don’t like loud and chaotic environments, if your house is a quiet space where I can retreat to after a long draining day at work, and I can happily study in a quiet and calming environment - I am the perfect fit!
