Hey I'm Kara, I'm almost 24 and just landed my first job in the project management field so I'll be working full time Monday-Friday in Braeside and am wanting a 6-12 month lease. My budget is maximum $350 including bills but I'd prefer $250-300. With the state of the cost of living I can't afford to live alone which is why I'd like to live with a like minded female housemate in their twenties or thirties, I get along with people older than me. I'm usually very bubbly and like to socialise but am also very respectful of downtime. I also need parking, even if it's just street parking as I'll be driving. I play piano and I sing in my free time as this is something I want to pursue on the side. I love watching movies and tv series, I'm a dog lover and I've spent the last 6 months working at Petstock. My dad is going overseas and has asked me to look after his 18 month year old cat Oscar but I would prefer to take my family dog Rusty with me. Basically just need someone who is also definitely an animal lover, I'm more of a dog person myself but I'll be bringing either the cat or dog I just haven't finalised that yet.
