Hi! We're Jenny and Josh, both 31 years old and looking to make Adelaide home. Jenny’s a Brit, currently on a career break from working 7 years in corporate London. She quit her job in marketing at the end of 2024 to travel for 3 months in South America with me, before making the move to Australia on a working holiday visa. We have spent the last 4 months in WA, but want to be in Adelaide to be closer to my family. I have been relief teaching at a couple of schools in the area, while Jenny has worked casually in retail at a local boutique. We both love the outdoors and travelling, but also enjoy slow days inside playing board games or watching a movie! I particularly love hiking & running, reading and op-shopping, while Jenny enjoys practising pilates and browsing SkyScanner for the best deals! We're looking for a place to call home, with housemates that are house proud and interested being a part of one another’s lives (board games and house dinners pls). We're both social people but also appreciate our own space and respect other's alone time. We pride ourselves on being clean and tidy.

Hello! I have been in Australia for over a year, and currently live on Kangaroo Island. I am moving back to the mainland in December, and therefore looking for a place to stay! Ideally in: Glenelg (north, east, south), Henley, west beach, somerton park, Brighton, seacliff. I can be somewhat flexible on the move-in date, location, the length of stay, and the rent prices (if it’s the right fit). The $400 budget I have put is basically for if all bills are included and I have my own private bathroom. Also very interested in living alone. I would also prefer a furnished room!! The perfect place would be walking distance to the beach and public transport :) I am open to living with both males and females, and have experience living with both. I am extremely clean and tidy, but don’t expect everyone to be quite as meticulous as me. That said, I do appreciate housemates picking up after themselves and generally being considerate. I enjoy all things outdoors, sport, chilling at the house, drawing, watching tv, reading a book, and relaxing alone. I also enjoy the occasional night out, dancing, karaoke, and socialising. Would love to have housemates who are up to hang out occasionally, but this isn’t a requirement. I’m pretty easy going and love to have a laugh, so living with similar people would be fantastic.
