$400/week•30 year old woman
Hey everyone! ✨️ I’m looking to either rent a room or team up with 1– 3 people to find and rent a lovely house together in the Inner West or Inner South with my 11-year-old dog Chloe.
My budget is up to $400 a week and I'm looking to find long term accomodation within around 30 minutes of my work in Marrickville near Sydenham station. I'm available to move now but am flexible with dates. If you want to team up, I have a whole house of furniture but I can also put it in storage with my family if I'm joining an existing house.
💃 A bit about me
I (she/her) am 30 and work full time as a Fabrics & Design Specialist and Marketing Assistant for a curtain & blind company. After work, you can find me on a walk with Chloe, going to the gym, or doing burlesque and hot yoga classes. I wind down by watching shows on Netflix (documentaries and reality TV are my go to but I'm easy). On the weekend I love to check out new restaurants, go to electronic music or queer events, and meal prep for the week ahead. I'd love to have a house where I can host dinner parties and have friends over with a few glasses of wine.
My friends have described me as bubbly, fun, down to earth, fair, and organised. I am fairly balanced when it comes to being social and also wanting to spend time to myself to unwind. I'm reliable and tidy but love a chat and a fun night in or out if you're up for it. I've been on the lease for multiple rental properties and have been renting for 9 years so am very familiar with how to contribute to a harmonious, clean and fun sharehouse.
🐕 About Chloe
My sweet older groodle (golden retreiver x poodle) loves cuddles, playing with her toys, and napping while her mum watches TV. She will do tricks for you if you give her a treat and sleeps for most of the day because she is a senior lady.
