Working as a lecturer in Collingwood part time while completing my PhD in fine art. Like strong coffee in the morning, don't mind the occasional glass of wine or beer on the weekend (especially when cheese platters are involved) and I'm a professional artist and photographer by trade. New to the area, moved for work and looking forward to calling Melbourne home. I read in my downtime, I'm quiet but sociable and love exploring new places. Happy to answer any questions, just send me a message :)
I am quiet and respectful. I like a good conversation but also like to keep to myself. I am hoping to live with people that have an open mind because I am recovering from a traffic accident as a pedestrian. I don't have any significant physical injuries, but I find it confronting to be out in traffic these days and I get easily overwhelmed but I have great support. I was studying law and am still interested in humanitarian issues. Since the accident, I don’t go out much and probably wouldn’t feel too comfortable in a social house with people coming and going all the time. Having said that I may have some people visiting me during the day to help me with things like shopping and cooking until I get properly settled. If this would be inconvenient then it probably isn’t a good fit. I am hoping to find a place with a garden to tend and am happy to create a vegetable garden if there is space and with permission of course. I am very friendly. I don't drink or smoke. No pets. Finances are good. Happy to set up automatic payments for rent.

The property is fully furnished apart from your room. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets with ample car parks. You would have a private room, built-in wardrobe with share bathroom and toilet. I am looking for someone who is easygoing, clean up after yourself and respect the other housemates. Rent included Internet, share electricity, gas and water bills. Working professionals and students welcome If you are interested, please let me know your: - name and a bit of yourself - profession - nationality - lease term - date of moving in
My name is Rita and I'm 23 years old. I am a full time uni student getting my degree in primary and secondary inclusive education as well as working on a full part time basis in a school which requires to be out early in the morning and home again in the mid to late afternoon. I'm currently residing in croydon and hoping to stay in the area for uni and work purposes. I own one therapy cat who is lovely and is house trained, who will need to come with me for emotional support reasons - am happy to discuss with possible landlords/flatmates. I'm an avid reader and enjoy nothing better then curling up with a good book and a pot of herbal tea. I'm not a smoker, drinker or especially loud person and am very content both socialising and staying in.
I am 20 years old boy working as a part time chef in American restaurant. I am international student as well. Very conscious about health and cleaning. Very easy going person. I am looking for one room for myself in eastern suburb.
I work full time Monday to Friday and like to do Pilates regularly during the week. Most weekends I’m out or away down the beach :) Im socialable but appreciate having some down time to myself. I like to keep a tidy space, I love to read, get outdoors and I have an affectionate indoor cat named Oshi.
I am single, clean, neat and quiet living. I do not have pets. I like to go visit my family, go walking most days and generally live a quiet life, spending a lot of home time reading. I've retired and recently moved back to Australia after living overseas for 7 years. I am contemplating going back to work, maybe only part time. I'm looking for short term accommodation while I wait for my permanent accommodation to become available. I'd consider a room, bungalow, Grannie flat etc. I'm waiting for the sale of my house overseas and then will buy a house here when that happens. So with settlement times there, and house hunting times and settlement periods here, I am unsure exactly how long I will need accommodation. It would likely be 6 months. But could go over, or below that.
Lived out of home for 9 years, clean, tidy, friendly & always in & out so won't be in your hair but happy to also make friends & enjoy a laugh :)

I’m very organised, tidy and considerate of others. I want to be able to rely on my housemates just as they will rely on me. I’m a very happy person and always willing to help with anything. I am a wedding organiser and love it! I have an amazing partner of four years who will be around a bit but is basically me. I do had a rabbit (he’s super cute) he’s very domesticated but will live outside. I’d like to move out soon, I live too far away from my partner and work and just want an easier commute and freedom! Help a sis out
