My budget is roughly $300 per week (ideally including bills), but I’m definitely open to cheaper options if available! I work in hospitality, so I’m usually out during weekends and evenings which is perfect if you’re someone who values having the space to yourself during those times! I enjoy cooking, relaxed nights in with a book or movie, exploring new food spots and independent bars, staying active, and spending time outdoors. I’m clean, respectful, and always happy for a friendly chat but would also love the opportunity to move in with people who could be friends rather than just housemates! Please note: I’m allergic to cats, so I can’t live in a house with cats - sorry! Let me know if you have a place that might suit! Preferred areas: Karrinyup, Innaloo, Leederville (ideally anywhere with good transport links as I work in both Karrinyup and Burswood area).
