Gorgeous master bedroom on second floor of federation style townhouse. Featuring views across Subiaco market square park. The room boasts a large private balcony accessed by French doors, a private ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. Currently furnished with a queen bed. There is locked off street parking and the property is very secure. It is a 2 minute stroll to Subiaco train station and Rockeby road shops. Farmers markets and great coffee beckon from down the street. Minutes from the CBD and major hospitals. You will be sharing with one male health professional on shift work. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
I'm just moving into a new flat in Subiaco and am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. There is a modern kitchen(including dishwasher, stone benchtops) with open space living area with air con. There is a washer/dryer in unit as well. There is a nice private patio out back with a table and BBQ. The room has a large built in robe and will accommodate a double bed comfortably. It is close to buses, train, and the center of Subiaco with all kind of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. There is both parking on & off street(I don't mind if you would like the dedicated spot as I don't use my car that much). I'll be bringing my tv as well for the living room and I have a netflix account.
I'm looking to share a house, apartment with one or two other females or my own granny flat. I'd prefer something close to public transport and shops. I'm an animal lover so a small quiet dog or a cat would be ok. I also have a fully automatic coffee machine so coffee lovers, no need to go to a cafe for a good coffee. PLEASE READ THE AREAS I'M LOOKING TO RENT IN before contacting me, if you're not in an area listed please don't waste your time contacting me
Hey folks I'm gonna be studying at UWA for one Semester from February on. Currently studying Psychology in my Masters in Munich, Germany. I can't wait to study and live in Perth, I've heard so many good things and can't wait to get started there! Open for new experiences, people and activities, pretty much up for anything. Would love to get to know locals and leave Australia with an aussie accent, which people tell me I already got down pretty good :) love good chats and really get to know people but also respect everybody just minding their business once in a while. I'm an outdoors and sports person, so surfing, Tennis, hiking, beach and of course footy (maybe more watching with this one) is on my list. Looking forward to hearing from my future housemates :)

I'm really easy-going! When it comes to living together I'm very clean, tidy and organized. I'm also outgoing and interested and I like sports. But of course I also love lazy Sundays on any day of the week - or a party! I'm a third year exchange-student from Germany. Currently, I am living in a shared flat in the Netherlands. My flatmates are very welcome to write some references <3
Love having a chat over a drink with my flat mate. Boring information but im clean, tidy and respectful. Working in hospitality so my hours may vary. As much as I love going out for a night boogie I appreciate the more quiet days as well, like chilling in the park or at the beach, watching a movie on a grey day, going for a run or just wonder around. Im 22 years old and I just moved to Perth from Sweden, but I have lived in a lot of different places, love traveling.
Moving from Newcastle (NSW) to Perth for work. I will be Commuting to Mandurah so would love to be close to public transport. I also have no furniture, so a furnished place would be great. -Easy to get along with -Clean and tidy

Hi I'm Isabelle. I'm a 24 year old professional looking for a new place to live. I'm looking for a social and active house and am quite fit and healthy and would be looking to live with like minded people. I am hoping for a clean and tidy house with people who enjoy being social but respect people's privacy.
Hey! I'm Desiree and I will be moving to Perth this coming Feb. I'm an international postgraduate student at UWA, so will preferably be looking for accomodation near the university or close to the city. Overall, I'm clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, rather easygoing, and also have experience living in a sharehouse before. As I'll be juggling both studies and work placements, I don't foresee having much free time, but on the rare occasion that I do, I'll be more than happy to hang out! Ensuite / own bathroom preferred but not a must.
Hello, I’m Melisa from Argentina; 25 years old. At the moment I’m studying English and working as a babysitter. I’m really easy going but I like to be quiet most of the time. I like to keep everything clean, but I’m not obsessive. I enjoy going out with friends, watching Netflix, cooking and listening to music ( anyway, always with headphones) I’m looking to hearing from you soon! Thank you very much! 🌸🌻
We are a couple of friendly canadians coming to Perth for almost a year. Antoine is an engineer doing an internship in a research center at UWA as part of his PhD. Sandrine is an occupational therapist who works with kids. We love outdoors activities and sports. We both do a lot of biking, skiing, running, yoga, camping, hiking etc. We love to be around friends, cooking good food and drinking good wine. We would like to have flatmates who want to help us discover Perth.
Early riser with mostly full days either studying or working. Don’t watch too much TV- more so Netflix or a full series. Up for a social night, but not fussed about parties. I like a tidy space and agree on sharing cleaning duties
I'm looking for a furnished room for sublet, for 1-4 weeks. I'm in Perth for an short research internship, but I'm originally from Sydney. A bit more info about me- I'm a 25 year old recent linguistics/indigenous studies graduate, in sydney I work teaching ESL at a college in the CBD a few days a week. I'm into politics (huge leftie), languages, cooking (keen for a gas stove if possible), documentaries, radio national (basically an old man). I like the outdoors- mostly that means going to the beach and sitting in dog parks, but I occasionally get adventurous and go camping/hiking. In terms of running a house, I'm into everyone taking responsibility for their stuff- cleaning up after yourself, and being generally respectful of others and their needs. Ill be working full time while I'm in Perth and I don't know many people there so if you have great tips for things to do or are keen to be an enthusiastic guide that would be delightful, but I'm also capable and independent enough to find my own way if that's not your jam. If I sound like the kind of person you might like to have stay with let me know :) if you have any other questions I'm happy to answer them!
I'm house proud so like to keep things clean and tidy. Love to share a meal and drink (and occasional outings) with my housemates. I'm easy going and enjoy keeping active/fit. Always up for a laugh and happy to play taxi once in a while - within reason of course! I am after a large unfurnished room, aircon and own bathroom would be fab. Something close to public transport as my work is relocating to the CBD and we won't have parking :( Ground floor room preferred as I may need to have a knee recon at some point haha (thank you dirt bike!). I have a motorbike so somewhere secure (garage) to park it is essential - no on street parking for both my car and bike. Please feel free to ask me any questions :)
