I have lived in shared accommodation while at university in the UK and Australia for the past 6 years, and have never had an issue with a housemate or landlord as I believe myself to be very easy going. I come from a finance background in the UK however currently work full time with Skillforce Recruitment as a Trade Assistant on a big construction project in central Perth. I have worked in construction for most of my time in Australia. During the weekdays I would be out for most of the day, from around 6am-6pm as I like to go to the gym after work in the evenings. During the weekend I like to do day activities with my friends such as going to the beach. I enjoy cooking but don’t worry I will always clean my dishes afterwards :) I can provide several references including my most recent landlord from Perth who I’m sure will back up what I have said about myself. I always tidy up after my self and am a very clean person. I’m looking for a 6 month lease ideally although I am flexible around this. I love Perth and feel very settled here. I would like somewhere relatively close to the CBD, or Western suburbs (City Beach, Scarborough) etc. and Inner suburbs. Preferably North of the river.
