Hi there, Im 57 going on 37 some days…..love cooking and love sharing a good bottle of wine, Im easy going, chilled and love animals. I’m currently signed off work due to a motor Vehicle Accident that I was involved in last December, I’m presently working through Physio etc and tying up some loose ends but apart from that Im nearly back at full capacity. I have funds to pay deposits and Rent for the next 6 months and more so no dramas on that front I also get assistance from the Govt which helps whilst Im awaiting claim revenue, when I’m not signed off work I am a Industrial Sign manufacturer. I specialise in Commercial and Retail Illuminated 3 Dimensional Signage, a SignWriter by trade which over my years has amassed and incorporated many skill sets. Im clean, tidy if not a little ocd about keeping things where they should be, I fix and refurbish pretty much everything and anything. Love working with timber, don’t mind gardening, have always tended after and maintained all the lawns, edges and gardens where ever I have lived and worked, very handy would describe me well. I migrated here from the UK 22yrs ago now and Perth is my home. Im ideally looking for something self contained or a room with an ensuite or to share with one other, I respect others property as if it was my own, I have one very small cat I rescued from abandonment as she sadly was the unwanted runt, she is a 4 yr old, neutered, American Shorthair, hardly malts, she’s house trained and extremely cool, likeable and very affectionate but struggles with other cats. I run around in a tidy Ford Falcon Ute, I love listening to music, I have a more than keen interest in brewing Craft beer in my spare time and also enjoy Archery, live on YouTube and spend alot of my time researching everything and anything that intrigues me. I keep myself to myself, Im single, I have a small handful of good friends a couple of whom are FIFO, they all work, they’re all honest, good people and very respectful of people and their property.
