Room for rent in a 3 bedroom house situated at the heart of Sunshine. Walking distance from shopping centre, Victoria University, Medical centre, range of restaurants, train station and bus stops. 15 mins drive to CBD and 5 mins drive to highpoint shopping centre. Hello potential housemates. I am looking for more a more convenient location to live for work and uni. I have only been in Melbourne for just over a year now so I'm still a noob here. My family relocated from Perth to Tasmania and me to Melbourne. I sneak down to Tassie when I can. I study the paramedic course at VU and work part-time at a petrol station (some really strange hours too). I've lived in mutliple sharehouses before and enjoy this style of umm.. habitation? Understanding sharehouse etiquette, the need for rules and standards etc. Cheerio.

Bring your own linen and pillow for your own hygiene. Central heating, equipped kitchen, in-house laundry. Unlimited internet WIFI. All bills included. A friendly, clean, respectful and responsible resident is required for this house. Located in close proximity to the train station, bus stop, Sunshine shopping complex, the local shopping strip, leisure centre, Sunshine market, Sunshine plaza and Victoria University Sunshine campus. All within 5 to 10 minutes walking proximity.

Hi guys, I’m looking for a female housemate for my lovely home. My brother moved out with his girlfriend so I’m looking for a new housemate as soon as possible, happy to discuss! It is a new 2 bedroom townhouse in a residential and safe locality on Cornwall Road. It is only a 5 to 10 minutes walk to Sunshine train station and about 200 meters away from the closest bus stop (Bus 216/219 to city). Beautiful wooden floors all through the house, build in wardrobes (massive ones with lots of space for all your clothes and shoes and other stuff) and a little courtyard. There is a lot of light in the apartment. Your room is a very cute room towards the front of the house so no street noises, comfortably fits a double bed and bedside table and you have a built in that covers the entire wall so you won’t be short for storage. What I’m looking for in a housemate: • 25 years or older; • A professional or studying full-time/part-time • Clean, tidy, reliable and mature; • Open to honest and transparent communication to cultivate a welcoming and safe home environment; • Want to be part of a home, not just another share-house : friendly and up for a meal or movie together every now and then, not a stranger that comes and goes (although I’m obviously very respectful of your privacy). This is not a party house so just don’t bring the party home, I’ve left those days behind and love a peaceful home ;). • Responsible with rent and bills is a must so preferably you have a full time job but I’d consider a student if you’re financially stable enough. If you think you’d fit this household then I would love to hear from you. In your first message, please tell me a little bit about yourself and why you'd be a good fit for this home. Looking forward to meeting you!! Ps: these photos are photos taken by me so the house is exactly how it looks like this but I promise you it’s pretty! Fully furnished so you’ll just need your bed and table for your room. IMPORTANT: Bond (4 weeks rent) needs to be paid before moving in Rent is paid monthly on the 25th. Bills are paid as they come - This is gas/electricity/water. The internet is $60 in total per month. Depending on how much we use though obviously!
