I’m a full-time working professional at a reputed educational institute in Melbourne. For the past two years, I’ve been living in the city (currently in the CBD). While being in the heart of Melbourne has been convenient, I’m now ready to move somewhere quieter and more relaxed—away from the traffic, noise, and parking challenges of city living.
I’m ideally looking for a whole apartment or granny flat that offers comfort, privacy, and a homely feel. A space where I can unwind after work and maintain a balanced lifestyle would be perfect. I take pride in keeping my home clean and organised, am reliable with rent and bills, and am respectful toward both property and neighbours. I prefer a calm living environment without parties or excessive noise.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, reading, or heading off on the occasional camping trip or weekend getaway. I enjoy a good balance of productivity and relaxation, and I’m looking for a place that reflects that.
I’m planning to move in around mid-January 2026 (2nd–3rd week). Please note that I sometimes travel outside Melbourne for work and training (Geelong, Warrnambool, or Mildura), so my schedule can be quite tight, including weekends.
