I’m looking for a lovely, friendly and well-kept shared home in Inner City Melbourne.

I’m 50, single and work in Operations and B2B Sales. I’m easygoing, responsible, independent and clean. Having lived in shared homes before, I understand what makes a household work well. I value a calm, relaxed environment with good energy, open communication and healthy dynamics.

- Long-term: Minimum 12 months+
- Room: Ideally around 4m x 3m (preferably with BIR)
- Furniture: Q bed, tallboy, TV, desk/chair and sofa
- Storage: Space for two bicycles and a few boxes
- Housemates: Mature, respectful, clean and considerate

To relax, I enjoy catching up with friends, exploring markets and cafés, cycling to keep fit, music, movies, cooking and the occasional random BBQ.

Ideally, I’m looking for more than just a room — I’d love to find a warm, comfortable home with good people, where everyone takes a little pride in their surroundings and enjoys a cosy place to call home ♥️
