$350/week•44 year old man
I am a 44 year old single male who is living in Caloundra and I am still looking for a room to rent. I would like to live with a mature aged female or a mature aged male and I just want to live with one person only. I'm a non smoker, non drinker and I don't do any drugs either. I'm a very clean and tidy person and I always pay my rent on time as well. I do have references too. I am also single and I don't have any kids. Please send me a message if you have a room for me 😊

$350/week•30 year old woman
Hi there, My name is Jenn, and I’m a 30-year-old HR professional working full time. I am looking for a comfortable, safe environment to call home. Outside of work, I’m a certified yoga and Pilates teacher, so you’ll often find me practicing or teaching a class. I’m passionate about fitness, and I love joining various fitness classes. I also enjoy reading, long walks, coffee and exploring new cafes around the city. Being by the water is one of my favorite pastimes, whether it’s a beach day or in nature. I’m looking for a likeminded roommate who wants to share a positive and harmonious living space. I am looking for a home that is clean, bright, and airy with outdoor space. I am looking for my own bathroom ideally, good amount of wardrobe/storage space and a car parking spot. I love to socialise, meet new people, and go out for wholesome activities but also enjoy a glass of wine now and then. I am looking for a roommate where we respect each other boundaries but also get on well, can have dinner together or watch a film. If you think we’d be a good match, I’d love to hear from you! Thanks, Jenn

$250/week•49 year old man
I'm a very unique and kind 49 year-old emotionally intelligent male with a 2020 VW T-Cross that's paid off. I lead a balanced life with home exercise and a healthy diet. I don't drink much, I never have alcohol at home. I don't judge someone who does. Smoking is 5 a day. I've never thrown a cigarette. I believe in no trace. I take personal responsibility for any types of mess and mistakes I make. As a Spatial Scientist with an Ecology major my other passions are music and visiting beaches and national parks on a regular basis. I find joy in spending quality time with nature. I've been going to festivals since the first Big Day Out, electronic festivals are equally awesome and various gigs as much as I can afford them. I also have lots of movies, series and cool music playing on my speakers. I dabbled in music making (singing, guitar, keyboard 1992 - 1998 + tour drumming for a female Canadian singer 2008 - 2010 who guest appeared on Spics & Specs) . I also have a DJ profile with 54 live mixes of cross genre electronica (2012 -2017). I worked in State Government of QLD doing Spatial Analysis for 14 years. I've rented my whole adult life and after being terminated by a someone high up that chose to lie about me because there was missing Workplace Harassment Agreements that I know were missing. I was not allowed to have professional referees and ended up being evicted and been un-housed for two years. Worked in Ipswich Council for 3 months 2023. I've never lost bond for house damage. The yard being messy was one previous rental Windsor. The last property at Bridgeman Downs took the bond because I wasn't able to pay the $495 on too many weeks at the end basically. I can use the bond application form to this rental. If not some old friends will come good so I can get the bond paid. When my next 10k release of superannuation comes through June I'll be applying to litigate the QLD Govt as there's my former and 3 other QLD departments that have been lacking fairness and ethical standards. The Ombudsman has been seeing all of this and I'm still waiting to see if they can help. This is a legal process as another step. Either way I have no choice but to try drive a case myself seeking damages of $250,000. My daughters mum is being taken to the Supreme Court for criminal conduct perjury in Family Court. That case is $850,000 because her legal team has let her lie in 90% of her statements. Her criminal abuse had a key role in my career being ruined, my parents are dead earlier than they should have been and I've been personally traumatized. A head psychiatrist said no diagnosis but I'm getting Centrelink Disability $1150/fortnight. I have a full house of furniture (large lounge, fridge, washing machine and more) and have all of mine and daughters household items in Brisbane storage. I'd prefer to be renting enough space with her things there to not pay anymore. I'm sure in the next year the custody situation will go from 0 - 100%. I've been paying $175/fortnight for storage and $390/fortnight for a single caravan cabin over the last year. Chris Flanagan
