Retired accountant/business consultant looking to share after renting 5 years in Bli Bli but lease not renewed when owner returned from Melbourne. Have been located at Ilkley but owner sold due to health reasons and downsizing, and currently for past seven months in Maroochydore with young couple now pregnant and family moving in so looking for accommodation to locate in general Sunshine Coast area. Clean and respectful of others views with old fashioned manners and sense of humour. Will enjoy discussing various subjects with house mate but be respectful of their privacy. Fit and well with 2-3km walk most days as well as other physical activities. Enjoy sailing radio controlled yacht on nearby lake at Bli Bli with 6-8 others twice a week. Every 2 weeks play chess with 6 other retired businessmen in Brisbane with plenty of banter and BS putting the world to rights. Usually come home with aching sides due to so much laughing. Games good too. Have been rebuilding old 1966 Jaguar over past 4 years that I purchased in around 1000 pieces and will remain in storage with some furniture if no lockable garage available Day car can remain outside.
