I love meeting people from diverse cultures and having some dishes I've never had before. I'm now looking for a cozy and reasonably priced place to stay. worked as a nurse in Japan for several years, and my dream is to become a nurse here in Australia. I’m currently studying hard to achieve that goal. After moving, I plan to look for a job as an assistant nurse to gain more experience. And, If possible, I’d like to use a chair and a desk in the room in order to study. I’m a non-smoker, and I promise to keep the room clean and follow the house rules. If possible, I would prefer to avoid sharing accommodation with other Japanese people, as I want to improve my English skills by immersing myself in an English-speaking environment.

Hello! I'm Tim, a 38-year-old male looking for a room with my own bathroom. My preferred location is something within walking distance of the beach and walk to a cafe and shops. Preferably areas around Coolum, Caloundra, kawana or Maroochydore etc. my budget is $300 to $500 pw depending on amenities, location etc I work Monday to Friday with 1 of those days working from home and head away every second or third-weekend camping or visiting friends. I am awake early most mornings and like to head down to the beach or just relax with a coffee in the morning before work. I am a semi-social housemate who likes to share a meal or two during the week and a few beers/ wines on a sunny afternoon. I have no pets or children but I have friends and family in the area who might pop around occasionally but I generally try and make my homes peaceful places. I like to keep living areas reasonably clean and organised. My preferred moving date is early February. I would like to rent somewhere for 6 months. I have all my own furnishings for an apartment but have them stored somewhere secure and free, so they can be used if necessary.
