Hey! I'm moving up to the Sunny Coast (anywhere between Caloundra to Noosa to Nambour) for a job starting mid Jan 2025 for a 12 month contract. The market looks like its less options for singles but lots of options for bigger places. I'm looking for a room OR even cooler would be other people wanting to band together and rent out one of the big houses together. Have to be ok with a dog (he doesn't act like a dog, he acts like a sooky boy who loves to sleep and just wants to be in the same room as a human to do so, or out in the sun) (hes 12 years old, 10kg, non-shedding, fully house trained, doesn't bark, does beg for food but we're working on it, he's fine living with other dogs or solo). I like to be outdoors, or chilling at home, or whatever. I rarely cook so the kitchen will always be free to use. I like to clean, but I'm not worried about how other people live their lives so I usually won't be bothered by reasonable lived-in-ness. I’m only interested in living with a person able to cope with living with other people without being controlling of what they do day to day, I’m an adult I don’t want to live with strict rules of what I can and can’t do in my own house, and I would never want to do that to anyone else. Happy to be mates and hang out, also happy to be relatively solo. Let me know if this sounds like it works for you!
