I enjoy a simple, balanced lifestyle: I’m social and always up for a chat or hangout, but also appreciate quiet time to wind down. I’ve lived on college in Townsville and come from a big family, so I’m very used to sharing spaces and getting along with all kinds of people. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with — always mindful of others and their space. I’m looking for a likeminded housemate who’s also clean, respectful, and up for creating a relaxed and friendly home. I enjoy movies, books, the beach, and the occasional gym session or walk. Hey, I'm Lucy a 26 year old Physiotherapy student on the sunshine coast! I am a online fitness coach with my own business and I work at Jetts forget glen (the gym) casually a few shifts a week as a personal trainer. I love being fit, active and healthy but also don't mind the social outing or beverage. I am looking for a 4 month rental / room to rent for my self and 8 year old golden retriever, Lani. My lease currently ends on the 22nd of September 2025 however if I find the right place for me and my doggo I'd be happy to get things moving sooner :) I am extremely clean and tidy and really apricate a clean space! At the moment I am looking to move back down south as soon as my uni exam period is over in November 2025 as I'll be relocating to Canberra or Melbourne. It's just unfortunate that the current lease I have won't extend to November. Lani is VERY quite, really placid and gets along with all other animals super well. As she is getting older she is pretty lazy and is always at my feet or following me around haha.
