Hi, I'm Tim. I'm a grounded, easygoing person with a deep connection to nature and a strong sense of community. My work is in sustainability and ecological systems—supporting land managers and helping build financial tools that reward environmental care.
When I’m home, I value a calm, respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable and at ease. I love spending time at the beach and in the ocean, and I often work remotely when I’m in town. That said, I travel quite a bit, both regionally and internationally, so there will be times the place is all yours.
I’ve shared homes with all kinds of people—working professionals, single parents, and families with young kids—both in Australia and overseas. I’ve found I’m most comfortable living with women or female-female couples and really value a home that’s warm, tidy, and low-drama.
I don’t have pets, but I do prefer dogs to cats. I don’t smoke and would prefer a non-smoking home. I drink very occasionally—maybe one or two drinks a month—and I’m definitely not looking for a party house. No drugs, thanks. I’m also sensitive to and respectful of vegan lifestyles, though I’m not vegan myself.
Ideally, I’d be sharing with one other person (or a couple) who are kind, emotionally intelligent, and able to enjoy both shared conversation and personal space. I’m easy to get along with, happy to pitch in around the house, and value a place that feels like a real home and sanctuary.
