We both work full time (engineer & data scientist), love surfing and outdoorsy activities. We are clean, reliable, relaxed and respectful house mates. Our interests definitely reside at the beach, but we also love reading, cooking healthy organic food, painting, creating, nature, animals, gardening, music, nontoxic household, yoga and living in the moment :) We are looking for a studio, to have the option to work from home approximately 2 days per week, laundry, cooking facilities etc. Our preference is to have internet and bills included within the price or a clear determination on how the bills are split.
