I'm looking for a easy going , friendly,, happy household to move into - have land in Eudlo however it will be quite awhile till this is anything close to liveable! Therefore I am looking for a home base with the comforts of home . Partner may stay a couple of days a week but will mainly stay at block to get things done also my adult kids will visit occasionally. I work for myself in the ndis sector plus in property management- I am financially secure so absolutely no problem keeping rent in advance. . I am super easy going , love travel, cooking and good food , enjoy a laugh a social drink and i am a occasional outside smoker- hoping to be quitting shortly! . . I'm not a party person , and I am very respectful of peoples privacy and need for personal space as i appreciatethat too. . I like a clean house and more than willing to share all duties . I will be looking for a place from mid November onwards - would love a pool or somewhere close to beach as I absolutely love the water. I do have a gorgeous rescue dog, who is house trained, very social and loves all other dogs , medium sized so i will need a household that accepts dogs - she is happy to be outside but a decent fenced yard would be great - close to a beach or any dog parks would be a added bonus.
