We are both easy going mature minded people looking for somewhere suitable to work location. We are looking for a studio/Bungalow/ flat. We are both friendly and very considerate and enjoy making new friends.
I like to keep things neat and tidy or atleast cluster-free in my bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. I have my own car and because of my work, uni and other obligations I'll be out 75% of the day. I would love to develop friendships with my flatmates as well as the owner(s) of the place i'm renting. I'm social, enjoy being active and I'm happy to be the chef or cleaner some nights but I also love to just relax and be quiet sometimes. I have no pets of my own but I adore animals and don't mind fluff everywhere.
EDIT : I had the weekly rent advertised wrongly as the whole property .. actual weekly rent per person is $177. The Unit is 1 of 3 on the entire block. It’s a quiet location. Driving It’s 20min to Melbourne CBD, 20min to Melbourne airport and 15min from Altona or Williams town beaches all accessible on the FREE Westgate freeway (no tolls). There is a bus stop at the end of the street that can take you to the Sunshine train station that is located 1.8km away. Features of the unit are the large open plan dining/living and kitchen area, European laundry, walk in pantry. New dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and smart TV. Medium sized paved out door area with 6 seater out door dining table. Out door gas heating and undercover car port (not available for use) with clothes line. 2 toilets, 1 good sized bathroom. Hey, I'm Josh. I live on the Central Coast in NSW. I am a primary school teacher in NSW and I'm looking to relocate to Victoria to be closer to my partner and members of my family. I have a beautiful and friendly labrador. She is an outside dog and likes to sleep in the laundry or garage. She loves a cuddle and playing fetch. Her name is Indi. I currently live in a two story house, I live downstairs with my own kitchen, living room and bathroom and I know how to keep my space clean. I go to the gym almost daily but I wouldn't consider myself a 'gym junkie' by any means. I grew up on the beach so I enjoy being in the water and going out for a surf as much as possible. I'm a pretty easy going guy and enjoy having a laugh. A teamup sounds like a great option although I'm open to all possibilities :) Send me a message if you're interested!
Passionate, positive, tidy, dedicated and motivated female looking for a house in West Melbourne. About to graduate university and searching for the perfect home to live in starting my new job 2019. Trust worthy, professional, happy and respectful as nurses are (: Im pescatarian, into dancing, fitness, health and love to be social but very much to myself. I was raised by parents in the army so no need to worry about mess! I'm super organised and love making the most of every day. I'm currently on my last clinical placement in NSW, so I cannot inspect homes until after November 16th. I would love to find a new home by Decemeber and move in by early January. I do have a partner who I would like to have over for visits, most likely 2 nights a week. I would like to find a place that I can stay for 3-6 months and either move out into another place with my partner after. Or, the opportunity for the house I move into (if both myself and the owner are happy) to turn into a couples room for us. This can be negotiated into the future. Pleas don't hesitate to contact me, I'm desperately looking for a place atm
The house is two storeys and less than 10 years old and has been re-carpeted and painted less than 2 years ago. It has a double lock up garage and a nice large kitchen. There is unlimited internet with Netflix, Stan etc all included in the rent. The room for rent also includes your own bathroom which has a bathtub and separate shower. It's a nice quiet area with lots of parks and a pond a few minutes walk away. Close to freeway with under 15 minute drive to get to the city (obviously not in peak hour traffic!). A few minutes' drive to a number of supermarkets. There's a decent sized backyard which, unfortunately lacks a proper garden, but does have a Jacuzzi and a nice seating area.
Hi I'm Molayo :) I'm 21 and I'm from Berwick. I'm a fun loving person that's friendly, funny, reliable and drama- free. I'm clean and tidy I love the space I'm in being tidy! Along with studying, I work PT at Priceline and in a medical imaging clinic. When I'm not studying or working, I love to go out for dinner, drinks and fun night outs with my girls, and also quiet nights in. For fun, I do pole dancing and love burgers and music (electro, rnb, hiphop, house, afrobeats).

The house is medium sized, quirky and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lots of outdoor space yard filled great hangout spots, animals and vegetables. Heya! I’m Sus a 2nd year pre-service teacher; I adore nature, literature and the arts. For fun, I enjoy going out for walks or just browsing through Netflix. I’m big on being nice so no worries I’ll do my part to be a good house mate. If you’ve got a cozy little space that’s easy on the wallet, feel free to drop a message! x
Hi Guys, I am currently looking for a nice, quiet and clean place to move into. I’m thinking long term so I’d love to be able to get along with the people I stay with. I am very easygoing, down for a chat, and at the same time I love my down time to just chill after work. I am public transport reliant, and would like to be somewhere close to a train station. I am not interested in living in a party house with music pumping every weekend, but I don’t mind if people do come around. I’d like to be able to have my own ensuite, as sharing bathrooms can be a nuisance. Especially if you’re living with people that have the same schedule. I would like to a pay a maximum of 300 a week, and that’s all bills inclusive of that price. You can expect me to be spending most of my time at work, playing PS4 (I have a headset so I won’t be annoying with regard to volume), or spending time out of the house on the weekend. I do occasionally go out, but I prepare quietly. Truth be told you’ll barely realise I am there. I clean up after myself quickly, and just hope to live in a place that I can call home. Thank you for reading my listing. I hope to hear from you soon.
I'm a young professional working full time in the banking industry. When I'm not at work, I'm either at the gym, going out for drives (car enthusiast!), watching netflix or having bevvies with the mates. I'm a fairly sociable person, but I also respect privacy. I've got a great sense of humour (or at least I think so????); I whip up delicious pasta and mean curries every now and then, if I can find the time for it. I have a tech education background - so can fix computers (extra points?)! I moved out of home fairly young; so I've certainly learnt to look after myself and keep a clean house. Saving up for a house at the moment, with a plan to purchase one in 2020. So need a place to crash until then, and potentially meet some good mates in the process. I've got family in the Albion / Cairnlea area - so my preference is to stay close in the West.
I am quiet and tidy, easy to live with. I like cooking and listening to music. I have been blind for the last few years but that doesn’t stop me doing anything I am very independent and I am studying access technology at Vision Australia. I would like to live near to a station. I am a non smoker.
Large period house in Matthews Hill area of Sunshine . I am wanting to rent out the upstairs area of the house, which contains a huge bedroom, WIR, large ensuite with bath/shower, large lounge/entertainment area, sun room & balcony. Stairs have doors to them which can be locked for privacy. Downstairs are my bedroom , large modern kitchen, laundry , dining area & lounge. There is a carport , large established gardens & decking area. House is 5 mins walk from train station, bus interchange & Sunshine shops. I'm professionaly employed working 9-5 hrs. I will spend approx 7 out of 14 days away from house staying with my partner in Doncaster. Every second weekend I will have my kids (13yr old daughter & 9yr old son) coming to stay, but we usually spend most of the day out & about. I'm looking at $300- $320 rent p/w.
The house and room is fully furnished! You just have to get your luggage and start living with us! The sunshine station and sunshine plaza is just 7 minutes walking and everything is very accessible. Netflix, wifi, electricity, gas and all the bills included. A huge backyard is also there to just chill and relax.
Moving to Melbourne on the 1st/2nd week of Nov. I'm a commencing postgrad Architecture student at Deakin Uni(Geelong) so I am looking for a nice place where it's both easy to take a train to Geelong or travel to the city center (since I'm also planning to work part time). I'm open-minded, friendly, considerate and respect others' privacy. I like to stay in and have my own time but I'm also occasionally down to travelling, movie nights or meals. Preferably looking for a female housemate of the same. Preferably looking for a month or two stay first to get used to the place and then to extend to long term lease, since my program is 2 years. :)
Hey, I'm an Indian boy who studies and also works at 2 jobs, who is hardly at home, but when I'm at home I like to cook, eat, netflix, and have a conversation, I'm very keen on cleanliness and I'm very easy to go to.
I am a peaceful and flexible person. I need a decent place so I can develop myself in all dimensions of life. I am a good teacher and a good student. i work full time. I love science, the supernatural and a new found passion in health development. I have a very good track record in living harmoniously and would appreciate someone who is like minded.
I love cooking, beers and talking to people. I am a tech guy and always have my headphones on so no one will be hearing any noise from my room. I love exploring and travelling.
I am friendly, considerate, quiet, clean & I respect people's things and their privacy. I like reading, cooking and spending time at the pool in my spare time. I recently completed my studies in early childhood and in the meantime i tutor students on top of my centrelink payment.
I'm an American expat moving to Melbourne in January. I'm pretty chill. I enjoy sports, music and movies. When not working or relaxing at home, I love hitting the gym, enjoying good times with friends, or being outdoors.
Hi I'm Angad, I'm a 25 year old student currently completing my diploma in Community Services. I am in the middle of doing my placements which sees me out the house 3 days a week. However, I will be looking for a part time job when I'm settled. My cat Laz and I are in need of a room to call home as my current lease is ending. I'm an Australian born, chilled guy who spends his free time smoking, being a hermit and being overly affectionate with my cat. I enjoy watching horror movies, and failing to be funny but trying anyway, among other human activities such as drinking water and walking with my legs. In all honesty I'm a pretty chill and low maintenance guy, you may occasionally hear me screeching autistically if I'm playing games, or hear me talking to my cat like he's a person. I'm looking to be out in about two weeks so please don't hesitate the awkward icebreaker of inviting a stranger to live with you..
I recently graduated from Monash uni and currently working causally 5 days in a week. I am an easy going person where i like to give others their private place but would love to have a chat over the kitchen counter.
