Located in Swan View, it is a newly built house free from a stressful environment. With it's spacious living room, rear alfresco and open veranda it's easy to entertain any guests that come by. Though keeping in mind the privacy of others the hallway separates the bedrooms from the ruckus of the living room. Each room cooled by the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, its makes the hot summers and cold winters bearable in any room. It does have a sizable entertainment system with WIFI, making it a cozy place to kill some time and have fun. As a first time home owner i have taken a few precautions to avoid any unwanted guests by preparing a Lodgers Agreement form and house rules to suit as a way of letting everyone know where they stand. All questions are welcome.
I am a fun, bubbly, quiet person. Very sociable, understanding of others. I will do what is expected of me and more around the house. I am a uni student so i will be at uni most days or studying. At the moment i am unemployed but i continue to look for work.

I'm looking for easy going house mates that are mature, tidy and are dog friendly. My house is close to public transport, restaurants and cinema. I have been living here for five years and I find it very easy. No carpet in the house so easy to clean and keep tidy. I have a huge outdoor area that can be used anytime you need. I work full time so I do like sleep so if you are a party animal through the week unfortunately I'm not your flatmate. I'm pretty clean and happy to do most of the cleaning in the home all I ask is your mess you clean it. Simple. The home has air-conditioning but the bed rooms do not so you will need fans.

I maybe moving to Perth soon and would need temporary accommodation until my tenant moves out of my investment property. I am a very clean and tidy person and I have 2 Staffy X doggies. A private bathroom would be preferred.
Hi my name is Mary and currently I'm a full time live in Nanny. Due to changes in my circumstances i am now in the search for a room. I have been employed with this family for the past 6 months and loved my job. As they don't me full time now and want to go back to just the family I am needing to move. I am a very responsible person and easy to live with. I'm pretty flexible to most situations and not too much fazes me. Looking after 3 very active kids for example. I am still employed part time and some school holidays as well as my own income keeps me going. I am originally from NZ and have been in Australia for over 20 yrs spending most of my time on the Gold Coast QLD then moved to Katherine. NT for 2 years and then up to Darwin NT until I landed this job in Perth. I have 2 grown up children one whom lives here in Perth and just graduated to become a Doctor She is 31yrs old and my youngest daughter is 19yrs old and still lives in Darwin with her boyfriend. I'm not your typical older person as I am lots of fun. I love to clean and have recently been offered another job as a cleaner for my eldest daughter Sarah and her flatmates. I have my own transport. I love animals and I'm very layed back. I know is be an asset to any person whom sees me to fit in with your own arrangements.
Hi I'm Nigel I've recently returned from New Zealand and I'm finishing off a degree at Curtin and occasionally work in the offshore oil & gas industry. I'm down to earth, respectful of others and tidy. Generally out and about doing something :-)
My name is Quinten Isselman, I am a 25 year old traveller from the Netherlands. At the start of last year, I quit my job to explore what more the world has to offer. After traveling for 9 months in Asia I decided to come to Australia. I found a job in Midland. For the next 3 to 6 months I'll be working for the City of Swan as a Landscape architect. That is why I am looking for a room somewhere in north-east of Perth. I am a very social and relax guy who is always in for a beer and a good chat. I'm really open minded towards anyone but at the same time, personally I am down to earth. In the weekend I like to hangout with some friends and go out to a bar. I watch many movies and I like good card/bord game. Last but not least: wandering into the world, going on field trips and exploring the nature. etc. I used to do football, fitness and dancing when I was younger, but since I'm traveling I quit everything. Probably I start fitness again if I have a place for a longer time. I am looking for a room in a apartment or sharehouse. I prefer a furnished room (at least a bed). Important for me are some housemates who are in for a good chat in the evening and maybe to hangout with in the weekend. I need to work during the week but in my free time I'm looking for some fun!
Hello future housemate(s). Hope you're having a good day. My name is Heenay. I am a student at Curtin University studying Accounting. Very friendly and out going. Very honest, and reliable. Can be fun if needed. But you can also have your own space. I am very clean and responsible. I also get along with everyone. Really enjoy cooking. The usual netflix and outings on the weekends. Very sporty and love the beach. *I'm looking to do house chores and cleaning for accommodation or a reduced rent price as I am currently unemployed. Struggling at the moment. Just looking for nice, clean and friendly people to live with. Message me if you would like to team up and find a place together too.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
Hey my name is Rachael and my partner is Rodd. We are looking for a place to stay as we are both trying to save for our own house. I work fulltime and also have a 2nd job on the weekends. We are both busy people so we would hardly be home. We are clean and considerate of all areas of the house. We enjoy afternoons together fishing at the river or a day at the beach.
I am a 43 year old male who is looking for a modern secure space. I have recently arrived for work which is in realms of safety and emergency management. Although a serious job i am fun, easygoing, respectful and considerate. I enjoy the gym and cooking. If you feel i would be a suitable house mate for 6 to 12 months please get in touch. Kind regards David
