I’m ready to move when the right place comes up but if I have to wait till someone moves out l, that’s fine too if the fit is there. I'm happy to be on the lease. I’d like a room with a reasonable about of space and ideally with a built in. I have furniture but if your room is furnished that’s fine because I can leave things in storage for a while longer.

Everyone wants to join an ideal clean beautiful household but those qualities are lost if the people entering have lower standards than those who originally maintained it. The ideal new tenant would be one who joins withought there being any dip in house standards or breech of lease. I think that's very important. I like the idea of leaving things better than I found them or at least the same. Never worse. I'll be sending many messages/expressions of interest and hope to secure accommodation very soon.
