This unit is a cosy 1 BR unit in the heart of Wentworth Point, right across from the Ferry that takes you to Barangaroo (which is a very popular destination, with ambiant cafes and restaurants) and to Circular Quay. It is a super convenient location, with Coles and IGA supermarkets right next door (1 minute walk) and plenty of services, such as dry cleaners, barbers, hairdressers and more. The area has a river walk that is stunning at dawn and sunset, as well as the footbridge that connects you to Rhodes and is all lit at night. The unit has a decently sized open plan kitchen, 2 air conditioners to beat the hot summer days, a fully furnished bedroom, lounge and the best part of it is the winter garden (or sun room). The unit also has it's own courtyard with outdoor couches and a view of Parramatta river.

I'm moving to Sydney to start a PhD in remote sensing. Having lived in share houses for a decade, I know how to clean up after myself, keep the noise down and respect others property. I love going outside - walking, bike riding, exploring the mountains etc. I'm looking for somewhere clean and quiet to stay while I become acquainted with Sydney and settle into full-time study again.
This property is awesome. Water front with water view from all rooms. Huge balcony that you have direct access to from your room. I just got a nice bbq, welcome to use. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The building has an amazing infinify pool with private beach and gym. I have a really good home theatre system if you are into movies. Very convienient for transport. Buses every 10 mins to rhodes, Ferry to city, buses to uws, burwood, strathfield, etc.
I am a quiet and private person. I work full time and study masters part time. Therefore, I am looking for a clean and quite place to stay. I am flexible and respectful. Summary of my ideal place: - female flat or couples - near train station - aircondition - non smoking - quite - clean - prefer new furnished or new apartment - no pet - no loud TV or Music - no house party
**ROOMS AVAILABLE END OF NOVEMBER** The views definitely take the cake. Overlooking Bicentennial Park, there are undisturbed views all the way to Sydney CBD. You can catch fireworks displays in the distance! You'll want to be home for every sunrise and sunset. AC runs strong so the apartment stays cool through the summer and heating system is great in the winter. Washing machine in shared washroom/toilet. Rack on the patio for drying clothes. Large kitchen with gas stove and oven. You are welcome to use all appliances, pots and pans. PARKING - there are guest spaces in the building parking lot. Amenities: Snap fitness is on the floor level of the building and there's a sun deck for building residents only. Bicentennial park is less than 5 minutes walk away, with access to public bbqs, walking Mangrove paths and bike paths. 25 minute walk/5 minute drive to Rhodes mall equipted with a movie theatre, restaurants and shops. Being right in the middle of Sydney Olympic Park, it's minutes walk to the Sydney Olympic Park train station, Qudos Arena, Showground and sporting facilities, as well as DFO Outlet Mall.
Literally across the road from a Marina Square where you can find Coles, Anytime Fitness, an Asian mart, and various F&B outlets. Free shuttle bus to Rhodes station on weekdays, otherwise it's a short and pleasant 1km walk. If you have/get a bicycle, it'll be a 5-minute ride to the station. Also a 3-minute walk from Sydney Olympic Park ferry wharf. Each room and the living room are fitted with an air conditioning unit that is capable of both cooling and heating. The kitchen has an oven, a 5-hob gas cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher (that is hardly used). Around the area, you will find an abundance of parks that includes the Newington Nature Reserve, Wentworth Common, Blaxland Riverside Park, and Bicentennial Park; great for running and cycling!
Hi! I am a physiotherapy student at the university of Sydney from Canada. I am clean and tidy. I don't smoke and I am pretty easygoing. I like baking and sharing what I make :). I am looking for a house for the next 6-12 months with the potential to stay longer.
Hi, I am a 25 year old female student, easy-going and cheeky. I have a car and therefore off-street or garage parking is preferable to be available. As I like bigger bed, I would prefer at least double bed which comes with the room. I respect others privacy but don’t mind having a chat either : ) looking forward to meeting you.
Hello world! I'm a clean and respectable professional looking to find my tribe in Sydney. I'm originally from England and have been lucky enough to live around the world in some amazing places. I've been in Sydney for 18 months now and plan to put down some roots now I've turned the big 3-0. I'm a professional and work full time as a school teacher in Sydney's West, so living close to public transport is key. My ideal place would have some outside space and somewhere to hopefully share a bottle of wine with my new flatties on occasion. Ideally I'd like to find a room with a small balcony, although I know I'm pushing it there. I'd pay up to 350 for the right space like that. I’m a keen runner and get out a few times a week for a big run so somewhere near a park or bush would be awesome. It would be similarly awesome to find roomies who like to live healthy and proactive lifestyles. On my weekends I do love to socialise, I’m always advocating for a day sesh. I’ve done ‘da club’ enough now and prefer nights with friends and drunken card games. My new roomies would preferably late 20s/30s and although we respect each other’s privacy, have similar interests and would be keen to build friendships. Somewhere LGTBQ friendly would also be a big plus. I’d especially be down for a buddy up situation! My job takes a lot of my time and energy, and my home needs to feel like my own, not like I’m renting a room in someone else's house.
Hey Peps, M an IT professional working for a NSW department ..n m on a look out for a private bedroom...I am a chilled out guy who likes being social with people around but also respects privacy. Mainitaining Hygiene and cleanliness is of utmost importance to me. Wouldn't mind sharing a meal or a drink in between.
I'm a very positive and bubbly person who likes being social but is also a very quiet housemate. I'm very responsible, respectful, clean, carefree and easy going. I love BBQs, the beach, cooking and movies. I currently have an office job for DHL and hope to start studying my psychology degree again this year. I hope to be able to move into a share house by Feb/March. Originally from Canberra.
