$500/week•30 year old man
Hi! I'm Jesse. I'm a gay guy, 30, moving from Adelaide.
I’m looking for a room or Teamup in Sydney’s inner/west suburbs with a private or ensuite bathroom, for 6+ months, budget $500pw (approx), moving in around May 18-June 1 (flexible).
About me and my housemate preferences:
I’m progressive, vaccinated for everything, and have a vegan diet. Covid made me quite hygiene-conscious and I would like a housemate who is the same, doesn’t smoke (cigarettes) and doesn’t have a dog. I’m clean and will do my fair share to keep the place clean and tidy (though I’m not keen on gardening). I’m sociable and don’t know many people in Sydney so I would like a housemate who is mid-20s - mid-30s, usually keen to chat or hang out when home, have an occasional movie night or coffee. I am mindful of personal space and people’s need to unwind alone though. I plan to be out of the house much of the time working, exploring, meeting new people, and finding new hobbies and things to get involved with.
