I’m single (but casually dating) and about to dive into a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership at Wentworth Falls starting this July. Ideally, I’d love to find a place within a 30 minute drive of TAFE, as I’m planning on moving in mid-June for a July start. I’m flexible with my move date and can potentially extend my stay period to a 12 month lease in a team-up. I have enough furniture to fully furnish a 1 bedroom home but can equally move into a furnished or semi-furnished home). I would love to have a spot to put my kayak too (stored in a garage or outside - it’s no biggie). In my free time, I’m all about adventure and connection—whether it’s climbing, kayaking, aerials, and exploring the outdoors on a peaceful walk or discovering new restaurants, cooking up fresh vegetarian recipes, and enjoying live music. I’m super social, with a great network of friends in Sydney, and I’m looking forward to expanding my circle in the mountains. What Home Means to Me: I value a clean and tidy living space and believe a home should be a welcoming sanctuary where you can truly relax and recharge. An ideal evening at home includes a crackling fire, some vinyl spinning softly, and a pot of tea (or a glass of vino) to unwind. Picture fresh flowers on the coffee table, a candle lit, the warmth of cats curled up beside me, and the sound of laughter or quiet chats shared with a friend—or maybe even you! I’m ideally looking to live with another woman, non-binary folk, or a couple. It would also be awesome if you’re open to making some extra cash on the side by feeding the cats when I visit Sydney for a couple days here and there.
