Hello! 👋🏼 I'm 28, moved to Aus from the UK earlier this year and am currently living in Coogee. I'm looking for a double bedroom in a house (or flat) share with lovely housemates who appreciate a bit of downtime but are keen to socialise and hang out together! Budget is $400-450pw, and unfurnished would be preferable as I already have all of my own belongings (but I can always sell a few bits if need be). An outdoor area would also be great, such as a garden, balcony etc. Would like to be in walking distance from the beach, so Clovelly, Bronte or Marouba (or surrounding areas) would be perfect. I'm not too fussy, just hoping to find somewhere that feels like home 🫶🏼 Bit more about me: I run my own marketing and design business part time, so will occasionally be working from home when I'm not working from a coffee shop or coworking space. I also work part time in a pub on the weekends. My shifts change weekly, but it's usually 1-2 night shifts and 1-2 day shifts. I'm tidy and super considerate of shared/other people's spaces. Always happy to help out and make the space feel nice and homely too. When I'm not working, I love a good mix of chilled evenings on the sofa, pub trips, and house drinks over the weekend (when I'm not in work)! Love to fill my free time with beach trips, coffee shops, markets, gigs, running, and just generally exploring the city/trying new things.
