Hi, I Work in Arncliffe as a safety professional. I have 2 grown children and will travel to see them for long weekends etc. I am quite sociable, however, generally get to bed early (9ish) throughout the week. I like to keep my home clean and am happy to work with my housemate (s) on this. I play acoustic guitar as a pastime (quietly). I also go to the gym and or swim laps at the pool through the week as often as I am able depending on work. I try not to drink through the week, however, may have a quiet beer or glass of wed wine with my meal occasionally. Fridays and Saturdays I generally have 2 to 4 drinks, however, usually am away most weekends. I can cook and am happy to work with my housemate and cook meals for each other to share the load if it suits. Ideally, I would like to find somewhere I can keep my vehicle off the street, however, it is not a game-changer. I need to be out of my current accommodation by 26th April, however, can move at any time prior and if necessary, I have alternative accommodation for a period while I make the transition if required, so pretty flexible.
