(economy) Long term settlement 4-10 years. House mates: Hygienic - no nasty germs - bacteria spread around (Raw meat-food-Toilet-bath etc). Clean after your self. Respect and care of each others belongings - gentle while using the appliances About me: I am a mature woman, very clean and tidy, enjoying my life with my hobbies.
