Hello im looking for clean & respectable housemates to join me looking for a shared rental with me in the West Lakes, West Lakes Shore, Seaview, Tennysen, Grange, Semephore, Semephore park areas. :) Im a single 36yr old clean friendly wholesome person who is reliable. I start work in two weeks when i start i will be working most days eventually. Pets welcome because if i find a house that allows pets I'll have my two cats, but if not I'll have them stay elswhere. However if you also have cats thats perfect. If your wondering about living with cats and dont have any yourself I'll explain mine. One cat only scratches the furniture but only thier special chosen cat scratcher and my couch BUT One cat doesn't scratch at all, I cant guarantee they wont scratch your things once or twice until i train them not to. BUT Floyd has been scratching my couch for 2 years now and he's not done any damage to any of my furniture and its fabric mind you... they are good at giving love for cats they are not your usual cats. :) Eather mesg me here to meet or call me straight out. I have been living out of home since I was 18 so I am very familiar with the etiquette and respect it takes to share a home with others. I am very clean and independent, I have lived on my own in two different states but Adelaide is home where I am starting my career. I also am very friendly and especially enjoy a wine from time to time :) I will be studying full time also - so I am not looking for a loud/busy house.
I’m planning to move back to Adelaide from WA and will be working full time. Move-in dates are quite flexible, but not earlier than mid-September. I’m only looking for a quiet, clean and tidy place with a lot of natural light and nice views on or close to water, ideally with a garage. Not willing to consider other options or suburbs other than those listed. I love fresh air, peace and quiet, TV free places. Dogs are a huge bonus :) In my free time I either walk a lot, play tennis or go out sailing. I’m originally from Europe and get along great with people who are like Italians - social and friendly with a great sense of humour who don’t take things personally and seriously. I also speak Italian, Russian, Latvian and a bit of German. I like eating, but don’t spend hours in the kitchen to cook my meals. I opt out for healthy, fresh, quick and easy to make options.
