I'm pretty good in the kitchen and like the place to be tidy. Enjoy a good social but also like my own space. Any Qs drop a msg
Hey! I'm a Canadian (from Toronto) travelling through Australia and decided I loved Melbourne so much I have to stay for a while. I'm running my own small company in the sustainable fashion space but also working full time. I'm very used to sharing space with other people so I'm very easy going, open minded and respectful. I love to cook healthy food, be active (running, yoga, hiking) and explore local events. I also eat a predominantly vegetarian diet so if you don't want meat in the house I have no problem with that.
Hey there! My name is Sophie, I'm 28 and moved here to Melbourne a month ago from NZ. I am a graphic designer currently in the process of job hunting. I have savings to pay for rent etc until I get a job! Happy to pay rent in advance with bond. Rent and bills have always been a priority to me, they come first before anything and I have never missed a rent payment or bill in my life. I enjoy exploring the city, a drink or two and eating! I also enjoy quiet nights in and relaxing. Love bands (especially Shihad!), finding rooftop bars and I love to cook too but still intrigued by Uber Eats! I'm really easy to get along with, very tidy and always clean up after myself. I want to live in a home where everyone takes pride in how the place looks. I am available to move in as soon as possible and happy to discuss length of stay. I am a very happy person and looking forward to making new friends along the way! I promise you won't regret living with me!
Our modest sunny townhouse in the heart of Thornbury is a sharehouse gem. We're looking for one like minded person between the age 25-35 to join the Thornbury fold. We're on a quite street just a 10min walk from vibrant High Street and the 86 tram. The local park is a mere stroll away and it's a 15min walk to Thornbury train station. There's even two bus lines 5mins from the house. Basically, no car no worries! The house is a little worn and has a few quirks but it's fantastic value. The house is fully furnished but we are missing a coffee table, TV and iron. If you have those to bring with you that's great, but if not no problem. The room has a big built-in wardrobe and can fit a double bed. The window overlooks a private light-well that would be perfect for a potted garden. The bond is a steal at $347 and the rent is $600/month.
I am a chilled out person. Into meditation, running and yoga etc. I like freestyle dancing. I am a professional in the IT field. I am mostly vegan. I like to hangout with friends, watch comedy shows on the internet, cook a little for myself. I tend to prefer organic stuff over artificial and chemical stuff. I am originally from India but last 10 yrs have been overseas including UK, Sydney and now Melbourne.
I'm a paramedic on working holiday here in melbourne, staying for just under a year. I am corrently working as a kitchen hand for my cousin, chef and owner of two restaurants in Collingwood/Fitzroy. I am renting in the CBD as of now but need a quieter place. I'm a 26 year old male, clean, considerate, minimal belongings with only a duffle bag of clothes and a bike. Im quiet but once well rested enjoy a good visit. I like food, different cultures and travel. I work late nights from about 5pm to 1am. When I get home I take a shower and faint straight away in bed, so no worries about partying or noise complaints out of me ;)
Hello future housemate, my self and my friend jarrod have recently got the keys to a lovely house in Thornbury and looking for another person to join our home. The house is across the road from footy ovals and parks, hoops were I walk my two doggies everyday, polished floor boards right through the house and ceiling fans in each room. The house has aircon and central heating separate toilet and bathroom. Your room comes with a new double door mirrored wardrobe which is huge has hanging part and shelving, and security roller on the window if your scared of killers climbing in like I am . As we have just moved we are still getting settled so if u have a washing machine bonus points. The house has a nice large front yard which I am currently learning to garden in and a large backyard were we have a pool( we call it the pool it's really a blown up one up to your knees but still counts)We have made this into our home and would like Sumone with the same mentality to move in xx
We are a couple of introverted performing artists who love the outdoors, reading, film, cooking, spirituality and exploring. Very easy going and we value kindness, compassion, honesty and openness. We have a well-behaved cat also. We would love to hear from anyone offering temporary accommodation, sub-lets, or a two-bedroom places. Many thanks! :)
I just arrived in Melbourne and am currently looking for a room. Shortly, I am French and I am 23. I study cultural communication in Paris and I have decided to work in Melbourne for a long term job in Alliance francaise of Melbourne where I'll be in charge of promoting French artists. What I love above all is art, laughing and meeting people from everywhere. Last year, I made an academic exchange in Berlin for 6 months and I truly think it was the best experience I ever had. I get used to live in flatshares with basic rules such as respect or cleanliness. I'm an easy going girl, when I'm not working I usually like to spend the day relaxing at home or discovering new places but as Melbourne will be fairly new to me, I will be doing a lot of getting to know the beautiful area ! I'm flexible to meet you when it suits you 🙂
Hi! I am originally from the Chicago, US and have been living in Australia for 10 years. I am a full-time student studying psychology and I do this online. I am looking for a new place since being overseas for 6 months. I am not working now but, I plan on getting some part-time work once I am settled. Don’t worry, I will still be able to cover my part of the rent. ;) Finding a housemate who is respectful and considerate of personal space is important to me. I am a friendly and thoughtful person but sometimes I need time to recharge my batteries. I would be happy living with someone who is outgoing or more reserved if we can get along I would also prefer living with someone who has a sense of humour. I enjoy being playful and having a laugh but my humour is dry and sarcastic at times which sometimes people don’t understand. I think that it is really important to laugh after a stressful day! I also enjoy cooking (but not baking!), photography, movies, traveling and hanging out at the pub when I can get away from my studies. Please send me a message if you would like to more Cheers Vicki
I am a simple person who likes to be clean & tidy. Mostly you will find me engrossed in my computer. - IT professional - non-smoker - vegetarian - I respect others privacy & expect the same from them
Beautiful, clean, new house that's been well-built and close to amenities. Easy living with some great people who let you do your own thing or will become good friends - up to you! 🙂 The house is big enough that you can find your own spot to kick back when you need, whether that's outside on the deck, upstairs in the study by the window or out in the living room. Air conditioning works. Neighbours are great. If you need a bed or can't be bothered moving yours in, you can take mine for $100. Double bed, no problems. Excellent house on a quiet street.
Hey! This house is an all-new luxury pad. A great area to live in, with shops a walk away, public transport close by and some fantastic housemates. The house has a TV, great backyard area, your own bathroom (!) and a fantastic full kitchen. Also, I'm happy to leave my bed for a negotiated price too!
Hey! I'm Saige ~ California native fleeing American politics at lightening speed. I'm 23, veg, and live for live music and travel. Picnics, festivals, and cozying up with a good film/book/furry creature are also prime hobbies of mine 🙂 I love adventuring and gettin' groovy on the dance floor, but I'm also a pretty laid back and tidy individual. Hoping to become friends with whoever my future housemates are, cuz not gonna lie, that's always more fun! I'll be in Melbourne for another 3-6 months, possibly longer because it's a hard city to leave behind! Cheers xx
Hey I'm Casey, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Perth to study journalism at La Trobe, Bundoora and I'm looking for somewhere to live close to Uni. Pretty happy to keep to myself most of the time but I'm always keen for a chat and a glass of wine after a long day. I'm pretty relaxed and love to cook, I'm clean and tidy and I think I would be a great addition to your household :)
Hey everyone, Chun Sang here (or CS, it rolls off the tongue much more easily)! From Singapore, 27 turning 28. Currently working as an admin officer at Monash Uni at St Kilda Road. I like the occasional drink or two. A cafe run wouldn't hurt either (I like my coffee, good or bad ones). Binges too much on movies, tv shows and netflix sometimes. Oh, huge soccer fan too #GGMU. Overall, I'd say i'm relatively clean and tidy (I try to clean my apartment every weekend), pretty chill, respects your personal space, and would like to meet and hang out with some potential awesome housemates. Let me know if you think i'd be good for ya!

I am studying Wildlife and Conservation Bio at La Trobe Uni and I am also addicted to exploring the great expanse of outdoors this wonderful world has to offer. Looking to move into new home. I currently work part time and am a student part time. I am a friendly person and I love to cook and get to know new people. I like alternative and vintage music and a good HBO series. I'm very sociable and enjoy going out but enjoy my own company too and often just want to eat some eggs and read a book.

I'm currently living in Northcote and completely in love with the north side of the city, I'm only looking to move as my girlfriend and I have decided to go our own ways. I've lived in share-houses for the past 5 years and love living in a clean homely place (banter is a must, can you even call it a home if there's no banter?) always up for dinner and a drink. I'm always willing to do my fair share, can Guarantee that I will always pay the bills on time and know how to be respectful of peoples personal space. I can provide assorted household goods if anyone needs anything. Looking to move before the end of the month. I'd love a chance to meet or grab a coffee. Let me know if you have any questions :)
