I'm Patricia, 27 music lover from Spain who is looking for a long term place. About me... I'm a hospitality worker and ramedial massage student. I've been living in Melbourne since October 2017 with student visa. I consider myself a pretty chilled out person, very respectful, easy going, tidy and responsible with the payments. Open minded and idealist, I'm always up to learn something new. Netlix. Vegetarian. Books. Travel. A bit geek. It would be great to find compatible people to live and spend some house time with.
Pleasure to meet you, future roomie! I'm a former materials engineer from the USA and current ESL teacher on a 1-year work visa in Oz. I love travel, fitness, languages, learning new things, and meeting new people. Ideally, looking for a houseshare with 3-4 outgoing folks who aren't afraid to make plans and help me stay busy. Indie music, cheesy humor, cheesy cooking, occasional house parties, and eccentrics are a big plus. Cigarettes and cats are a big minus (due to allergies). My budget caps out around $250 (although less is always welcome), and I'm hoping wherever I stay is near enough to bike to the CBD...so Inner East, Inner North, Inner West, and St. Kilda areas are all on the table (in rough order of preference). I'm currently in the CBD and hoping to move within the next week. If this all sounds good to you, DM me for a meetup, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
Hi! I’m Mandy, age 29. I have lived on my own for the past 4 years, but want to get closer to Melbourne CBD, so happy to go back to share housing🤭. Like to have my own space, but am friendly. Looking for respectful, easy going flat mates to share with. I’d love a carspace 🚘 and my own ensuite.
Hi, I'm Theo, female, queer, and 34. I have been a social/environmental activist all my life, but am pretty anti-activist culture these days (specifically I'm not judgemental and am looking for non-judgemental folks to live with). I'm starting a political blog from a radical centrist angle, and work mostly from home. I don't have an income at the moment, but have substantial savings, so no need to worry about me paying the rent. I'm into hanging out with friends, working out, going out dancing, playing table tennis, personal development, serious and light hearted chats, netflixing, keen to get into skateboarding and parkour soon. I'm looking for a place that's relaxed, friendly, clean, non-communal (although I'd be into sharing meals occasionally if it feels right), meat friendly...
Two of are PhD and Masters Research students at RMIT and other one is at University of Melbourne. We are quiet and clean and tidy would like a place calm and neat as well. We'll be in the Uni's most of the day. Like to have some fun time once in a while as well without any harm.
I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished/partly furnished 'self contained accommodation' including fridge (Not house share). Access to a laundry is preferable. A 58 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and who is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all, they are true judges of character ;) Term could be longer than 6 months if it is the 'right' place for me and I am the 'right' tenant for you :) References available on request. Michael
Hi! I am looking to move to Melbourne around December 2018 due to receiving a full time job at St Vincent''s Hospital starting in January. I have rented before and lived in share houses so I am clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone's personal space. Always pay rent and bills on time. Preferably looking for a house that has all the main furnishings already and somewhere i can stay for at least 12 months. I will be working full time during the week, and some weekends, and studying as well. Outside of work I love to watch the footy and chill out with some netflix in my free time. Feel free to send me a message with anything you have available!
I'm an Engineer and looking for somewhere in Melbourne. I'm very neat and considerate and have a good sense of humor. I like talking with others and share my understandings. I will start my job in Melbourne so honestly I'm trying to find roommates who are considerate and neat.
We are 2 mates who work in the airline industry. We are looking for a 3rd person to teamup and get a sweet place in the inner north. Both real easy going shift workers. We will be out of town on numerous occasions throughout the month. We like to have a few drinks to unwind and have a hell of a laugh. 3rd person needs to be fun too but not as fun as us. We are the cool ones.
I am a 27 year old osteopath. I enjoy living with people I can have a chat to when we're all home but enjoy my own space when I'm in my room! I am generally out and about for work and catching up with friends but am looking for for a quite home with non smokers :-) I have a washing machine to bring with me and am hoping to find somewhere close to public transport.
Hey! Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Sean, I'm a 26 year old who works in the Victorian Public Service full time in the city. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends, ride my bike, go to the gym or just relax with some netflix or stan! I have lived in sharehouses for the last 7 years so am well house trained. I always pay bills and rent on time, am easy going, clean and down for a chat about most things. I am also very respectful of others privacy and realise everyone needs their own time and space. I am looking for a private room in a house with great people. Ideally, it would be close to public transport and have a place to leave my car. If I sound like a good potential housemate, feel free to send me a message and we can organise to meet up and get to know each other.
My name is Simon and I work for NAB. I’ve recently returned from Sydney and am currently staying in thornbury. I’m looking to rent somewhere for the medium to long term that is furnished. I work full time Monday to Friday and spend spare time reading, gym, Netflix, fairly active. I work in Docklands so this is a great location. I like to cook, I spent a lot of time in hospitality before moving to finance. I’m not a room hermit but also respect other people’s need to have their own time and space. I’d be interested in having a look at the room and meeting you if it’s still available. Im not in a rush to move, but the sooner the better. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any more information or to arrange a time to meet. Talk soon.
Hello - I’m a full-time working professional in the Events space and am currently looking for a housemate to teamup with to find a new home together! I have my own bedroom furniture, dining table, chairs, lots of indoor plants, stools, rugs and kitchen crockery and am keen to buy the couch/fridge! I am quite a sociable person on the weekends and mostly a hermit during the week due to my long working hours.. I enjoy company of friends & family popping by for dinner or a wine but also enjoy a lazy night in with a glass of red watching the bachelor! I like my houses to be kept clean and tidy with no dishes piling up in the sink! haha! (if sharing a bathroom is required, I am very conscious of having it very cleanly kept) I am looking for a place that either has a backyard or courtyard to sit out in the sun and for my dog to enjoy - he is toilet trained, very friendly and is obsessed with food and people! (so a dog person is a must as he will be inside at times) I am respectful of housemates privacy but also happy to share a convo/dinner/bottle of wine!
I'm generally pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself. I work all around the city as a labourer and quite long hours. I don't have a drivers licence as yet so rely on public transport. I'm looking for a place to move into immediately and for a minimum of 3 months. I have been house sharing for the last 6 months and the owners are now needing their room so an immediate place is required. Budget is $250 per week all inclusive in a furnished room. Thanks!
Hi, I'm Monica. I'm in my late 30's and work full-time. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of other's privacy. I see my home as a sanctuary to relax in and hope my flatmate has a similar outlook. As for hobbies, I enjoy doing zumba, seeing friends, watching movies and reading anything (books, magazines and now my Kindle!). As for a flatmate, I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly. Good communication is essential. I enjoy a friendly chat now and then but can be very quiet at home and will often be chilling out in my room. If you think we would be a good match, feel free to contact me.
Hi, I'm Sam, short for Samuel.... Nah it's Samantha haha I'm 28 years old, I'm a happy homer. Meaning I am a massive granny. Hey Guys, Myself 26 and my 6 month old puppy Rufus are looking for a new home! Its pretty important to us both that we can set up shop with some life affirming, open individually amazing people and hopefully around the listed areas, but open to suggestions. I am currently working as a Project Coordinator x Electrical estimator (Mon-Fri) However, I think there is way more to life than just work I consider myself to be a pretty chilled out person, down to earth, friendly and trying my best to be a peaceful warrior but you can be the judge of that. I spend a lot of time adventuring outside of the city and into nature, exploring the unbeaten track or searching for a new camping spot. Outside of my adventures I am often with my brother or sister who are my 2 of best friends, exercising or hanging out with friends. I have a young puppy named Rufus who is by my side outside of my work life. Rufus is a full time cuddle enthusiast and is not bound to any days off (you have been warned) He has an unnaturally quiet and gentle temperament and would be excited to share time with you also! His ideal situation is sitting next to the humans in life having a nap. He likes other dogs very much and is responding very well to training and will grow into a true gentleman. I'd love to hear about you if you think I might be a good fit otherwise good luck with the hunt! :) Sam & Rufus
Hello! I'm Flo, from Scotland and Michael is from Perth, W.A. We are looking for a fun and friendly new share house. We are vegan, ethically minded folk who have 3 adorable pet rats so our new home must be rattie friendly. We're happy, mindful, laid back, respectful people. We love cleaning, sometimes we play rock paper scissors to see who gets to do the dishes, really. Also we are pretty dedicated dumpster dive masters so there's often plenty of savaged food up for grabs! I really like plants, gardening, music, and a good old chill sesh, Michael is a keen photographer, cyclist and d.i.y'er. Both of us enjoy cooking and spend a fair bit of time creating taste sensations in the kitchen, totally up for sharing meals now and again. We both work full time day jobs and enjoy getting out amongst nature for camping trips when we can. Feel free to send me a message if you would like to know anything more.
