I worked many many years as a kitchenhand barista.. and actually know how to maintain a kitchen, looking for a new rental home with the right people to settle into so I can figure out work and study this year. I keep to myself unless needed, though gosh who wouldn't like a banter here and there. I love a reasonable and rational routine etc around house chores. I'm just seeking a nice place to live with good hearted people that don't take advantage, are on the level, no mess arounds. Somewhere I can feel safe, go to work or study etc. (like pay bills on time and just live) ***I do smoke tobacco rollies OUTSIDE only and pretty pedantic about keeping the ashtray clean as well as making sure no windows are open. (So a considerate smoker I suppose.. 🤷)*** I've lived in various places since my early 20's with all different ages and people. Pretty welcoming kind of person I hope.. just wary of bad eggs out there. Oh and if you have a furbaby housemate that would be handy (I wouldn't mind having to clean litter trays/taking them for walks hahaha...) Plenty of refrences. Hello! I'm currently looking for a place with two rooms for myself, and a couple moving over from Europe. I’m Lucy (24), I've just moved to Adelaide a month ago, originally from Brisbane/New Zealand. I am studying a Bachelor of Geospatial Information Systems at Flinders University full time. And working in the public sector of the SA Government. I will be staying long term, 12 months+. Sander (Canadian-Belgian, 24) and Ali (Tanzania, 25) just finished their lease in Amsterdam and are moving over for a working holiday. Ali just finished her Bachelors at University and Sander is an Electrical Engineer, and will be working full time. They are both respectful, social, and very easy going. Looking for either a two bedroom, or a share house with two rooms. We are all very respectful of others space and have been living in share houses for the last 5 years and will be happy to provide rental history.
