Hello, my name is Li, a 28-year-old male from China. As a medical school graduate, I have high standards for cleanliness and maintain good personal habits. I am tidy, don't smoke, and appreciate a quiet environment.
Because my English is not very good so I work for uber food delivery. I will need to charge my bike battery at home, which may slightly increase the electricity usage. To compensate, I am willing to pay an additional 20$ per week in rent.
As a workaholic, I spend most of my time working and little time at home, cooking time will also be short. I plan to rent for about 5-6 months and return to China around November this year.
