Relaxed and Calm. Gives people there space and privacy. I like to have fun of course. I need the basics like a washer, dryer and fridge. Please not coin operated. Interests: Woodworking/ volleyball/ exploring Sydney. Need to be reasonably close to public transport. A place that feels safe, prefer to not be on the ground floor. I can't live with smokers or drug takers. Age open. I would like to have a friend visit a few times a month, which can be discussed. I've had a couple of places where i've had to use public rubbish bins instead of one from a property, eg when living above a shop, I don't want to do that anymore.
Emergency doctor, 35, easy-going but tidy and respectful. Moving to SAN hospital so looking for a place up near the hospital but close to rail transport to get back into the city. Start at the SAN in August 2019 but could move sooner. Non-smoker. Broad range of interests - kite-surfing, diving, hiking, triathlon, cooking and travel. Work a lot, mostly shift work but also like to chill with a glass or two of wine and a good movie. A pool would be lovely
From the Northern Beaches, looking to move closer to work friendly, considerate, caring Love spending time with friends and family, brunching, reading, walks, exercising, the beach, coffee, tea, animals & movies
Hello 👋 I’m a musician teaching piano and singing lessons, and driver for Uber, Shebah and OLA. I also help assist with a company called Mable for people who need assistive services. I’m caring fun social person who is happy to chill laid back and very helpful. Love to cook or dine out, go to the beach, dog lover, outdoor activities, movies, music events, playing in samba bands and salsa LATIN dancing. I’m looking for any place that is clean, and pet friendly. I have an adorable Spoodle mini poodle x cockerel spaniel calked Boska who is 11years very sweet and quiet handsome boy. He is house trained and I have trained dogs for many years, he is definitely my fur baby bundle of joy.
Hi, My name is Bea and I am a 22 year old Law student currently in my final year at Macquarie University. I work full-time in the City from 8:30-5:30 and attend uni one day a week so I’m often out of the house. My job is a permanent position and I have a stable income. I expect to graduate in March next year so am after a 6-month lease, or potentially longer where possible. My current accommodation ends on the 8th June so a date close to then or a week or so later would be preferable. I would prefer suburbs within 40 minutes of the CBD and reasonably accessible to Macquarie University. Reasonable distance to a train station/bus and gym/pool would be ideal too. I currently pay $300 p/w and am not looking for anything over that. I’m a quiet, clean and sociable person and have lived in shared accommodation for the last four years so I am used to respecting other people’s personal space and property. I love catching up for a chat but am often busy with work/uni, so you’d likely only see me before after work a few times a week unless we plan house dinners/you’d like the company. My boyfriend, Toby, would likely come over a couple of times a week (usually only two nights max) to cook dinner and is more than happy to meet you beforehand so you can see how lovely he is too. I am an avid baker, so housemates with a sweet tooth are preferable (and I am more than keen to accommodate vegan, paleo etc diets for a challenge) – otherwise I’d have to eat everything myself and that doesn’t work with my fitness goals! Toby and I also love cooking Thai dishes and would be happy to share our delicious creations with the right people. I gym/swim in the morning before work most days and would love someone who could bully help me to stay on track, but I’m flexible with before/after work if you’d like a gym buddy. I also play social soccer, indoor rock climb/boulder once a week and enjoy doing the Bondi-Coogee/Bayrun walks on weekends so I’m often out and about, especially making the most of my weekends with my limited free time. Again, more than happy for people to join as we love bringing new people climbing and could definitely use the help of more experienced climbers. I’d love housemates with similar interests in cooking/fitness, but if you aren’t super keen on the above but think you could live with someone who is, feel free to let me know anyway! I’m quiet and friendly and easy to live with and I’m just looking for the right place and great people. The entirety of the furniture I own is in the picture (my mattress) so I’m pretty flexible with arrangements (but I do love my bed). Really, I’m not too fussy and just feel like I’ll know the right people/place when I see them. If you think that could be you, please send me a message and I’ll get back to you. Bea x
