Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I start full-time work in June. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a self-contained granny flat or private room with ensuite. I tend to keep to myself and would love a place that would allow a small dog :)
I am 27 and an Electrician . I am easy going, friendly, respectful of other people's privacy and very clean and tidy. I'm also pretty quiet and often as not at home as I spend majority of my time spends on working. On weekends I spend my time outdoors and often at home relaxing.
Both of us love outdoors; bushwalking; swimming; exercising; yoga; meditation; gym. No drinkers or smokers; no pets. Greta is busy working full time plus studying, Zil is working only. Looking for place to call home and relax after long days at work:) Not a party home or noisy full o friends apartment please:) Preferable no carpet in the bedroom and to have our own bathroom.
hey I'm Kat and I'm half Thai so therefor I make amazing food! I'm quite introverted and work full times but a Netflix binge, wine and board game is something I'm always down for. I'm also super duper neat and clean and will always have the place looking super cosy and home-y!

Hello :) I'm newish to Sydney for work and looking for my next abode to call home. I'm well travelled, open minded, positively orientated and into conscious living. I love my home to be my retreat space where I can relax and regenerate. I try my best to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to live with. I love to swim, run, dance, meditate, do yoga, be with nature, experiment with raw food and permaculture. Would love to share with folks who are similarly minded. I'm working in the CBD and looking for accommodation with good transport links. .
Hi there, My name is Matilda, I am 21 and am looking for a room to rent. I am currently working full time at an early learning centre while I complete my training to become an early childhood teacher. I have been renting a place for the last 6 months but am looking to move a little closer to work. I am a friendly, independent person who enjoys movies, listening to music and catching up with friends but am not much of a party person. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
Clean, tidy, easygoing full time worker who enjoys Latin dancing, snowboarding, scuba diving, swimming looking for another person or two who can clean after themselves and make the place I can call home comfortable and clean to stayespecially after a long day at work. I use kitchen a lot in the morning for breakfast and also preparing lunch but never leave dishes unwashed. I cook dinner almost everyday too and never leave dishes overnight so I expect the same cleanliness. I have stayed in a two bedrooms apartment for the last 5 years and have two bedroom worth of furniture including laundry washer, fridge, coffee machine etc etc which I am happy to offer if I do teamup with someone.
Hey I'm Jess. I have recently moved from Tassie for work. I'm staying with my sister temporarily in Kensington, but I'm looking to move to the North Sydney area, as I am going to agist my horse in Terrey Hills. I also have two cats; Rufus and Dusty (currently still living in Tassie) that I would love to bring to Sydney. They are friendly but pretty quiet and keep to themselves, they get along really well with dogs. I work full time in the city and keep pretty busy on the weekends. I enjoy keeping active, cooking (and eating it too!), horse riding and travelling. I would love to find a place where I can meet some new people and go on some new Sydney adventures. I'm super neat and tidy and easy to get along with=D I previously owned my own house, so I have pretty much everything needed (like every kitchen utensil/appliance imaginable!) except furniture and white goods. I'm not looking to move until about May, but would move earlier if I find the right people/place. I look forward to hearing from you.
Social but enjoy own space too.. Enjoy a BBQ and outdoors. Ex Pat from Oregon / US and lived on North Shore for almost 10 years. Very fit and active - Enjoy Tennis, All Water Sports including Scuba Diving, Basketball Coach & Masters Hoop player... Family man but Single now as my Teen Daughter lives with her Mom.. Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
This room will suit a quiet student or professional, wanting their own space and privacy. We live in a spacious house set in a large open garden in suburban Turramurra.
