I'm quiet, tidy, respectful and nice. I prefer to stay in and read, but if I have time I don't mind chats with whoever I share a place with :) Love watching netflix, look forward to game of thrones nights and I pretty much have a library. I'm in desperate need of finding a place called home!
I believe i'm very easy going and respectful of other people. I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle, travelling, cooking and spending time catching up with friends and family. I work as a designer, so i love anything creative also.
Hi My name is Ines, I am currently looking for a great home to live in, I enjoy fitness, outdoors and relaxing, I work in the health care sector. I am a friendly easy going reliable female. I look forward to your responses Thanks :)
Hi I'm from Sydney and would like to live in a clean but easy going environment where everyone respects each other and treats each other as a friend. Love animals and dogs in particular. I have a 14 year old de-sexed Female Dalmatian (spotty dog) who is mostly very quiet and keeps to herself, likes people and other dogs and loves a pat if one is offered. I like doing a bit of cooking, particularly if there are people who appreciate a tasty creation. I like socialising but often need to be quietly tucked away on some nights to communicate with my team offshore in my rapidly growing internet marketing and web development business. I like a walk a bit of reading and a good movie for fun. I'm thinking about getting back into a bit of casual golf.
Hi! My name is Ben, I'm currently interested in moving out after living at a friend's house for about 6 months. I previously lived in Terrigal for 2 years in a houseshare. I am a 22 y/o currently working at Hornsby Hospital as a podiatrist full time after recently graduating. I think of myself as an easy going person who is always keen to try something new. I enjoy football, music, tv shows (netflix is life), gaming and horror movies!
It is very quiet and close to the North Turramurra train station. The room is furnished with a queen bed, has it's own balcony, air conditioning, a fan a built in and Ikea wardrobe. It has it's own loft accessible with a ladder that can be used for children, visiting friend or as storage room. We have free wifi, a jet spa swimming pool, a rowing mashine ,large garden. It is close to Eastern Road with the direct bus to the Macquarie University. I have two dogs ( Labrador and pug mixture) and any pet is welcome as long as they get along. My dogs live outside the house.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need somewhere quiet during the day as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by. One major reason I need to move is I have neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking so I need somewhere that doesn't have this problem. Nature/gardens/greenery would be great. For housemates, generation Y would be good I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider places out of Sydney such as Central Coast and rural areas. Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus.
My name is Jess, I'm a 25 year old single girl who works full time in Hornsby. I'm easy going and not loud. I'm social but like to have my own space and do my own thing also. I work Monday - Friday so I'm not home during the week until night time. Looking for a friendly and relaxed environment for me to come home to after work.
Hi, my name is Karolis I’m 25 old male from Lithuania. I'm in Sydney with skilled work sponsorship visa as an engineering software consultant. Once every couple of months I go to another city or NZ for 1-2 weeks. I believe I'm an open minded social guy, loving to do some workouts, cooking, jogging, meditation... - Not a fan of big parties at home; - Non smoker; - Sometimes enjoy a glass of wine; - Clean and always paying my bills on time; I do also have a recommendation letter from my previous landlord where I have enjoyed living with 2 flatmates (professionals) in 3 room shared apartment in Vilnius (capital of Lithuania). If you think there is alignment with us then looking forward to get in contact. Best Regards, Karolis

I'm a friendly Korean girl. I'm easy going, like to keep my room clean, and expect my home to be a place I can rest quietly. I'm now taking a long break by myself, and will work from Jan. 2017.
I've been living in Alice Springs for the last eight years working as a tour guide. I'm now moving back to Sydney to begin a new guiding job with a company called Colourful Trips. Pretty quiet around the house, can be relied on to tidy up after myself and can be relied upon to get stuck in if it's my turn to do the cleaning. Fond of a beer, especially a social one, but never been a smoker and never been into illegal drugs. Into sport generally and an awful cricket nut. Looking for a place out of the city where there's a bit of bush nearby. Heavily into flora and fauna: recently counted no fewer than 36 David Attenborough DVDs in my collection...

I am open and communicative man with good manners and tidy habits. The major part of the day I am spending on work outside the flat. Afternoons and nights, if I'm not outside, I will probably spend reading books and listening to music. The next period until the arrival of my family (July/August 2017) I would like to share flat expenses with a flatmate with whom I can achieve good communication. During daytime over some weekend I wish if there are a possibility to host my friends (everything would be previously agreed).

Suit mature person; own room, $50 a night Bed and breakfast on a semi-permanent basis. Ideal for Fifo (part-timer). Ideally I’m seeking a mature, part-time house mate who has their own home else-where and comes to Sydney for work. Fee would be a minimum of $200 for up to 4 set nights a week; should you need to stay any additional nights to the pre-arranged nights, if convenient additional nights would be $50pn. Fee includes electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, cleaners, gardeners etc and basics for light breakfasts. If you are basically seeking a nice lounge room to relax in and an affordable bed and shower in a tranquil, clean well-maintained home to come to after a hard days work, this could be the place for you. I'm a female Welfare worker and am usually not home at all a few nights a week; I also go away a fair bit. I rent three rooms out usually to mature people and, what I ideally seek are people to stay up to 4 nights a week who have their own home and family outside of Sydney and come to Sydney to work and use this as a base to stay. Age group is normally around 40's - mid 50's. ** PLEASE NOTE, I'm not sure when I'll have a room available but as being a part-time rental situation, people tend to come and go and with 3 rooms to let, the likelihood is it won't be too long so please let me know if you're interested. Currently staying here aside from myself is one a man in his mid 50's who will be here 3 -4 nights a week for about half the year; he is a nice, gentle man who is working in Sydney and also studying and has a wife and family down the South Coast. Also another man, 46yrs old who is hardly ever around and will stay approx. 8 out of 12 months a year. Located in a quiet dead-end street there is safe off-street parking at night and plenty of on street parking nearby through the day. The house is only a block away from the major intersection of Ryde Rd and Pacific Hwy and just a few minutes drive to the M2. Public transport: house is half-way between Gordon and Pymble train station, about 15 minute walk to either (stations are on Sydney's North Shore train line, 30 Min's to city or beach, 10mins to Chatswood and about 15 to Hornsby ). Macquarie Park and University and North Ryde area are also within easy distance. Reference and photo ID required as is, bond $600, rent to be paid in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. All rooms are fully furnished with either a three quarter, a double bed or a Queen bed depending on which room and all have a wardrobe, desk, chair etc but you would need to supply your own linen and blankets. The room would be yours to leave your belongings when away but I reserve the right to use it very occasionally should I need to - if this would be an issue, please discuss with me. If interested, please email to let me know a bit about you and your expected daily routine, when you require room, for how long and which nights each week you require room and I'll respond so please also give me your private contact details. The agreed fee is for one person only which is for a semi-permanent arrangement and as such is to be paid regardless as to whether you would be here or not - for example annual leave as I will be holding the room for you and it barely covers the cost of my expenses, ie. you won't incur 'credit's' for days/weeks you don't stay here. Casual arrangements can be discussed but attract a higher fee and obviously wouldn't secure a room on an on-going basis. Regarding partners visiting, they'd be welcome to stay once or twice a year provided I have my privacy during the daytime and consideration to shower times, kitchen use, parking etc for others in the house are taken into account. For any more than a couple of nights a year, cost would be an additional $30pn. Sorry, no smokers, pets or children and I'm not keen on housemates having guests over but if it's a special friend or relative, please discuss with me. Thank you and good luck!
