Hi, I'm Jason. I'm a semi-professional nature photographer looking for a share situation. I'm clean, honest and reliable. I have lived in a few share situations over the years and I know how to be both sociable and respectful of others privacy. I spend a lot of time outdoors and live a healthy lifestyle. I'm easy going, have great references and I'm keen to share with like minded people.
Hello, I appreciate beauty and love nature which means I am up for a cycle in the morning and off to work each day with a smile and a g’day. A bit of a chat occasionally but I like reading a good book and taking in the views when possible and catching up on emails. I like a clean tidy place and happy to do the neccessary work to maintain my environment, and to do some gardening too.
Compete at snooker and go to the gym, so I don't do much besides work, practice and go to the gym. Dont really drink alcohol and I don't smoke. I work weekends so I don't go out, usu in bed by a reasonable hour
(CURRENTLY INTERSTATE IN VICTORIA HELPING FAMILY PACK/RELOCATE THEIR CAR AND BELONGINGS TO NORTHERN NSW...WILL BE BACK BETWEEN 20-28 JANUARY 2019) Due to family circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live soon as we are currently homeless, staying with friends and family temporarily. Jarryd and I have been together for just over two years. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
Our home is centrally located on Hospital Hill in Murwillumbah overlooking the cane fields to the mountains. We think the view is quite spectacular! Available Friday Feb 1st! OFFERING: 1 person to rent a queen size room, with shared bathroom (of 2), bath, and toilet (of 2) for $220 per week including all bills. That’s electricity, gas and UNLIMITED wifi included in the rent. The room in photo #1 is the one for rent but the mattress is not included as I no longer have it. It’s a 4 bedroom house conveniently located 3min drive into town, 20min walk to Mullumbimby town center, farmers market; with public tennis court, basketball court, soccer field & kids playground, all within 300m of the house. And there are no potholes here! Only a total of 3 tenants in the house so one bedroom is not rented. So you would be living with myself (Max) and one other person. The house is very modern styled with large white tiles in living areas and black carpets in the bedrooms. My old housemate has to move to Brisbane for a uni course so I’m looking for some cool people to share the space with. 2-piece designer leather couch on its way. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with top shelf and a hanging rail. All windows are lockable and have fly screens. Bathrooms have extractor fans. I also own a fridge and washing machine for common use. Pet cats only and must be approved by the real estate. We have an air conditioner, gas stove and gas hot water, dishwasher, unlimited wifi and off-street parking. Energy consumption in the house has been well below the average household use. There’s a chimenea outside if you want to have a warm fire going for cold winter nights.
Willing to put in a concerted effort to make any situation work. Quiet and reserved, way past the "partying" age but not anti-social! Love my Guiness and bourbon (not together and rarely at that)! Love any pet. Believe in honesty and taking charge of my own issues. Generally tolerant of everyone (incl. orientation - I'm hetero and belief system)! Unfortunately profile photo is not particularly flattering, it was the only one I could find on my h/drive! Seriously! **NOT MOVING JUST YET, SEEING WHAT'S OUT THERE AND A F/T JOB OF COURSE**
Looking for a spacious, quiet and bright room, ideally in a leafy setting (i.e. not a concrete residential area), hope to find a nice home with some down to earth, chilled housemates. I am respectful and laid back, vego, don't smoke, healthy lifestyle, love animals so happy to move to a place with pets present :) I spent my spare time outdoors, hiking and exploring, at the beach or just chilling. I'm not highly social but definitely enjoy a laugh and a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself.
I work for The Locale Group as an Operations Co-ordinator in the industrial park. Currently living on the Gold Coast commuting everyday. I have a little black cat called Theo (2 years old) quiet and friendly kitty.
