We’ll be moving to Melbourne by 29th June 2025 and are looking for a place with two private bedrooms. We’d prefer something close to the RMIT City Campus and are comfortable with walking distances of up to 30 minutes. This will be our first rental experience in Australia as we’re both new to the country, but we’re responsible, clean, and respectful tenants. While we’re students, we plan to take up part-time jobs once we settle in. We lead a balanced lifestyle—social and friendly, but also value peace and personal space. We do not smoke, drink, or have any pets. Though we don’t have previous rental references, we’re happy to share our visa documents, Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), and offer letters as proof of our plans and reliability.
