Hey, I’m Izzy! Thanks for sussing out my page I’m 25 and currently working part time in sustainable retail and studying a grad diploma! I’m looking for a new place to call home, somewhere close to the city and public transport is a must. My current lease ends early June I’ve lived on my own, and most recently (the last 2.5 years) in a share house. I enjoy the vibe of living with others, even if everyone is doing their own thing. I’d like to live with people in their 20’s who I can get along with on a personal level I’m big on open, non passive aggressive communication and consider myself neat + tidy. My current share house has a cleaning schedule so down to participate in that if you have one going on. If not, I’m a very proactive person and will contribute to household chores + maintenance either way In my spare time I enjoy trying new restaurants, reading, watching movies (always down for a horror movie night, but I vibe all genres), doing reformer pilates, and spending time with friends out and about. I love attending music festivals, usually over in Victoria I’m super respectful of everyone doing their own thing, and I’m often out and about myself, but also down to come together and share a glass of wine/cup of tea/dinner and have a yap. I love to think of my home as a lil sanctuary, and would love to be apart of a friendly environment

Since I work full time and my wife studies and works part time, we appreciate a space that is easy to maintain and organize. As far as housing goes, we prefer home stays. Living with a host family not only provides us with a comfortable place to stay, but also allows us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and make meaningful connections. Plus, it's always nice to come home to friendly faces after a long day. We are non-smoking and pet-free, so you can rest assured that your home will be taken care of. As for children, we do not currently have any. However, I enjoy spending time with children and would not mind if there are children in the family.
