Hey there! Phil here - 35 years old, full time accountant, aspiring sommelier. From around early to mid December I will be coming down to Adelaide for roughly three months to work at a cellar door in McLaren Vale. The cellar door work will be on weekends only while I will still work remotely as an accountant during the week. I most likely will have access to an office in the city so I will not be hogging the kitchen table or living room throughout the day. Currently I’m hoping to find a room, studio or even an entire place for a short term rental (three months-ish) in the wider Brighton area. In saying that I’m always open to other opportunities. During the week I tend to stay active outside of working hours. A typical weekday for me would start with a morning swim/run before heading off to work, swinging past the gym on my way back and heading to bed fairly early.
