Hey there, I'm Monique, and I'm moving from Perth to Brisbane in mid-August. I'm looking for a relaxed, welcoming shared house where everyone’s respectful, independent, and maybe even up for a wine, shared dinner, or beach hang every now and then. I love to keep my space clean, cosy, and good to come home to. I’m hoping for a home that’s chilled, drama-free, and full of good vibes (bonus points if it’s not far from a cafe or the beach 😌). A little about me: I’m 28, pretty social, but I also love my quiet time. I’m always up for a coffee run, market stroll, or movie night. I love cooking and baking, from Sunday slow-cooked meals to sneaky brownies when the sweet tooth kicks in. I’m currently studying full-time, have remote casual employment and will be looking for part-time work upon arrival in Brisbane, so I’ll be in and out during the week. Cons of living with me: Will probably offer you baked goods too often, forget to bring the bin back in, and occasionally lose track of time at op shops. Pros of living with me: Tidy, considerate, loves making a house feel like a home, great cook, pays bills on time, always has snacks, good chat when you want one, and quiet when you don’t.
