My name is Sam (21), I have just accepted a full time position in Sydney as an engineer and as such am looking for accomodation.
I’m looking for a room with people who value a clean and respectful living space. I’m tidy and easy-going, so you won’t need to worry about any mess or drama around the house. I’m social and enjoy hanging out, but I’m definitely not a party animal, so the flat will always be peaceful.
I respect other people’s space and boundaries, and communication is key for me—if there’s ever an issue, I’d prefer to talk things through calmly. In my free time, I race boats, so I’m often out on the water, but I’m always up for a chill evening at home or even at the pub..
Currently looking for a 2 month arrangement however am open to longer or shorter depending.
I’ll be ready to move in between the 19th and 24th of August.
