Hello! I'm 25 and recently moved to Tasmania from the ACT. I’m a full-time lawyer with the State government and am in the office Monday to Friday. Outside of work, I’m into sport (AFL, NRL, and Formula 1), watching movies to write silly reviews for on Letterboxd and heading out to explore nature (walks, runs). Big fan of food- be it cooking, checking out local restaurants or a devouring comforting takeout from the reliable local and washing it down with a Cascade Export Stout. I’ve shared houses since I was 21 and always take pride in keeping common spaces and my own room clean and tidy. I’m happy to chat and hang out when it suits, but also good at reading the room. Room-wise, ideally I'd be able to find a furnished room with an ensuite/my own bathroom but neither of these are dealbreakers. Also ideally, but not a dealbreaker, is that I would have an off-street car space for my trusty steed (orange Corolla). I'm a non-smoker/vaper but do enjoy a casual bev! Happy for a 6 month or a 12 month lease with the move in date any time from mid/end of June. Please let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for your house! Happy to answer any questions!
