Hey there! I’ve just moved back to Tassie after six months in the UK and I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed place to live around Hobart. I used to live in Sandy Bay while studying and really loved the area, so I’m hoping to find somewhere with a similar feel. I’m a fairly quiet person day-to-day but I do enjoy a chat, a shared meal, or a good board game. I play rugby, love cheese (probably too much), and I’m always keen for a hike, a good book, or a beach swim — though it’s usually more of a quick dunk than a full-on swim! Otherwise I’m at the beach, with friends, doing activism and community things, or taking lil nature walks. Coming from the west coast, it would hug my heart to be close to the water or with views of it 💙. And a warm home in the winter would help with acclimatisation!! I am house-trained: respectful of communal space, clean up after myself, enjoy together-time and also respect personal boundaries, pay rent and bills on time etc. I’m keen to join in any dumpster diving and/or communal cooking sometimes, though happy to accomodate myself also.
