$300/week•33 year old woman
Hiya! I’m a neurodivergent, creative human looking for a new home with housemate/s who like me, value community and kindness. * Ideally* I’d like to find for 2 rooms. Although my budget says $300, I can pay a little more if I’m able to have another separate room as my private office. ————————- What makes me a good housemate? I’m considerate, caring, often up for a laugh or an adventure, and love to keep things tidy and organised so we can all enjoy the space.💞 I run my own small business which keeps me busy as of late. In my spare time I enjoy being around nature, art and music. ———— I’m hoping to find open-minded, kind, and eco-friendly people who want to create a warm, welcoming environment together. I’d prefer to be friends, rather than just occupy the same space ya know? Some essentials for me: 🍽️ Dishwasher 💚 Green space to ground myself in 🌈 Neurodiversity-Affirming + Queer-friendly housemates Nice to haves: 🛁 Bath 🐶 Doggo friend If this speaks to you, reach out and let’s chat!

Hey housies, I'm Arafura. I'm in my final year of a Bachelor of Music, I perform in various projects and work casually as a dj and in the UTAS sustainability department. I'm looking for a place close enough to town to be able to bike, preferably with a room that gets sunlight (I'm always chasing the sun), and roomies that are cool with me tinkering on the keyboard and singing my lil melodies (at appropriate hours). I'm a fan of all things outdoorsy, love getting into the bush and the ocean, up the mountain, down the creek - but music, uni & activism take up most of my time at the moment. I'd be out of the house a lot, and when I am home I'm pretty 50/50 social vs in my room tryna make beats/recharge the batteries. Don't mind a yarn and a cuppa, into the idea of communal dinners when it suits, but also pretty independent and like to be free to be a busy bee. From my years of sharehousing I've learned I like communicative households the best - flexible on the rules but clear communcation is the glue :) I clean up after I cook, keep communal areas nice, compost, and recycle. (What a star) Looking forward to meeting and seeing if we have housemate chemistry.
